If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Larixlodge. A self contained lodge in a large city garden with big trees, flowers, fruit and chickens. Quiet place. Fully equipped; central heating, kitchen, bathroom. Built with organic materials. Behind the lodge a private terrace for guests. "..a magic place in the middle of the city" Close to city center, the 'Haagse market' and Zuiderpark and beach. There are two bikes available, an easy way to visit the city, or nature: dunes and beach, also in wintertime nice for a refreshing walk.

Dit sfeervolle guesthouse is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt op loopafstand van het strand, is sfeervol ingericht, heeft een eigen ingang, is geschikt voor 2 personen (geen baby’s) en heeft een eigen terras aan het water. In de omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en (kite)surfen. Het guesthouse is voorzien van vloerverwarming dus ook in de winter kunt u hier heerlijk verblijven. Er is een privé parkeerplek en tevens is de locatie goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.

Accommodatie is gerenoveerd in 2021. Eigen ingang, pantry voorzien van spoelbak en koelkast (geen fornuis). Slaapkamer met 2-persoonsbed. Televisie, eettafel met 2 kuipstoelen en kledingkast. Toegang tot eigen terras in de achtertuin, met een zitje. Eigen badkamer met douche, toilet en wastafel. Ons modern ingericht verblijf heeft een woon/slaapkamer, eigen badkamer en keuken. U heeft een eigen ingang en het is op de begane grond. Helemaal voor uzelf. Het is voorzien van airconditioning voor verwarming of koeling. Een ruimte met een lichte en rustige uitstraling, prima om te ontspannen. In een rustige buurt. Centraal t.o.v. Rotterdam, de windmolens van Kinderdijk (7km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13km) en Gouda (13km). Ook leuk met de waterbus naar Rotterdam of Dordrecht. E-Bikes te huur.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Het Bospolderhuisje biedt een oase van rust en groen, perfect voor natuurliefhebbers en wandelaars. Vanuit onze B&B kunt u gemakkelijk de prachtige omgeving verkennen, waaronder de nabijgelegen Westlandse kassen, het strand van o.a. Monster en Scheveningen en de historische stad Delft. We kijken ernaar uit u te verwelkomen!

Only 15 min. to the beach of Scheveningen since the tram stops nearby. The small studio (24m2) is located on the ground floor with Wi-Fi, Smart TV, comfortable bed, private bathroom and kitchen incl. all basic kitchen supplies.

No breakfast available. The cottage is en-suite with shower, toilet & washbasin, 2 comfortable beds next to each other, a dining area and a sitting area. The cottage also has got a mini-kitchen for small meals and there are tea and coffee making facilities. (Nespresso) 2 bikes and public transportcards to borrow. No children or baby’s without swimming diploma.
