Very nice house, spacious, warm, very well arranged and equipped. Comfortable beds. The geographical location is ideal for exploring around Narbonne. The view of the Bages pond and pink flamingos is magnificent. The host is very friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend this home, we had a great week.

The villa is on the edge of Somail, very very quiet place 3min from the Canal du Midi. The villa is amazing! It looked even smaller in the photos while there is a very large volume. Well arranged with a separation between the sleeping area of the 4 bedrooms (which each have their own bathroom/wc) and the living room. All rooms have AC. The outdoor area with a pool is great. No opposite and the pool is sunny almost all day! (That's cleaned 2 times a week) We were lucky to have had no mosquitoes too while a little further, there were a lot closer to the Canal du Midi. Lily and her mother who hosted us were nice, helpful and very responsive. If we really had to make a complaint, but it's the only one. The BBQ grills were dirty when we arrived and we were unable to remove all the dirt. I recommend 100%!! It was a great time with the family!

A really enjoyable stay in this particularly warm house. The large covered terrace is really nice, we were able to spend our week outside even on rainy days! The swimming pool with its small beach is excellent, petanque court also, all away from any prying eyes It's a very quiet place and we were able to take many walks in the surrounding vineyards. I recommend it!

We spent some amazing days in this house in the heart of nature. Ideal to disconnect and recharge, surrounded by tranquility and fresh air. The house is tastefully decorated and has all the necessary equipment to make the stay perfect. We loved enjoying the pool table, it was a lot of fun plus. We will undoubtedly return, highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable and special refuge in the middle of nature!

Accommodation in the heart of the village of Gruissan. Simple and spacious, quiet while being close to shops and the Saturday morning market. On the 1st floor with elevator access. Responsive, welcoming and accommodating host for checkout time (we wanted to enjoy the market). Perfect accommodation for our short stay with friends. We won't hesitate to come back. Thanks Sabine.

We stayed one night at Patrick's apartment where we found all the comforts we needed to continue our trip. Easy to access, as described and with all the amenities useful to a baby, we highly recommend it!

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Exterior access is appreciated. We stayed with a dog who was super well hosted by Benoît. Convenient check-in and checkout times and little pre-departure instruction.

We really enjoyed the location of the house: quiet waterfront area with direct beach access. The house is very well-equipped (an oven and large pans would be a plus for those who like to cook). We slept in the back bedroom because the mattress was more comfortable (the other was sinking). The Jacuzzi is a real plus! Gabriel is very pleasant and smiling, he welcomed us very warmly.

Perfect stay, Cathy is very friendly, the apartment is very nice and the view is amazing. We had a lovely time despite the rain.

Warm and helpful hostess. Everything in the apartment makes you want to stay there and you can feel the love of the owner for these occupants. This goes through flexible hours, the 50-page book handmade on all the activities around, small extras of comfort or even essentials like a toaster or sanitary tampons in case of forgetting. We feel the generosity and kindness in these little things. Really try and start again. Again, thank you for this vacation.

Very good stay, bright accommodation, impeccably clean, a friendly hostess in exchanges and supported by her correspondents on site very efficient. I highly recommend this rental which is also the home base of the owners and it is clearly reflected in the quality of the stay.

A great place. The only problem was that we could not work out how to operate the hob, but that gave us a great dxcuse to eat out at the many great restaurants. We look forward to stsying again soon.
