Vacation rentals with lake access in Hombrechtikon

Highly recommend! Beautiful setting. House and yard exactly like the pictures. Very clean and well kept. Plenty of space. Great location from which to take day trips to explore Switzerland. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Eckhart was super helpful, even when we had accidentally ruled out Eckhart was mega helpful and easily accessible :-). The place is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. We felt right at home Everything that can be used is super labeled (e.g. fireplace). Beautiful walks can be taken in the area and in a few minutes' walk you are in the beautiful town of "Stein am Rhein", we would come back at any time and can recommend the accommodation from the heart:-)

House "Unterstutzberg" is a lovely swiss retreat with a marvelous view of the Lucerne area including Pilatus mountain. Cows and goats roam the nearby pastures. Liene and Jürg are exceptional hosts and were very responsive to our requests and questions. Highly recommended! Note that the road up to the house is narrow and steep, it might be intimidating the first time but we quickly got used to it. If you encounter another car coming the other way, use one of several pullouts. By default the car going uphill has the right of way, so the descending car should back up to a pullout unless the ascending car has one nearby. Hand signals will usually suffice to coordinate between drivers. Also, note that the ceilings in this 130 year old farm house are low. I am 5'10" (178cm) and had no problems, but people a few inches taller might need to duck a bit.

Lucas was very responsive and helpful, his house is very nice and has a great view on lake and mountains , the train passes by all the time, the outside area is too big and nice, everything is clean except for some spider webs in the corners but overall the house was very clean, there are also fun games for the kids which they enjoyed a lot. The only thing we didn't like was the area around the house, it is very quiet and completely dark at night which is a bit scary, but maybe that is a plus point for others.

We had two great weeks at "Trückli". The location is ingenious, very quiet with beautiful views over the lake, only 30m to the water entry and with many opportunities for hiking and biking. Corina is a likeable and very attentive host and is very quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Lovely house with amazing view over the lake. A house with a soul that feels cosy and welcoming, perfect for a family retreat and getting some fresh air for city folks. Very close to a stop/station of the cable train Rigibahn, so easy to access and get down to Vitznau, or up to Rigi Kaltbad and the trails up there. Caution: no car access, car must be parked down in the village. Path from cable train station to the house is quite steep, not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs or people uncomfortable with steep slopes. Apart from that, it was really a great place to stay, Lothar & Nicole are very nice hosts, easy to communicate with. We had a great time and definitely recommend this place.

We were a group of friends who haven't seen each other for a long time and just wanted a relaxing place to meet again. Öhningen was relatively central to this and that's why we chose this place. It is a very calm place, with a nice access to the lake a few 100m away. The house is nice and big, clean and you have everything you need. The 2 double bedrooms were great, the other 4 beds in a kind of walk-through room without a door (not for everyone, for us it was ok). Especially on the terrace we felt very comfortable:) André's communication was very good and he wrote us a message in advance about how everything works exactly and what to expect. He was also quick to respond to questions and was able to solve them all. We can definitely recommend it to others.

Good value for a stunning location. Between the sunny terrace and the fireplace, there are options for luxurious relaxing at any time of year. Thanks for the friendly welcome and excellent information on how to get in!

Excellent location. We enjoyed the close proximity to the lake for swimming. Ben was very helpful. A spacious and comfortable apartment.

A very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the location was perfect for my stay. There were still fresh fruits from the hostess, thank you very much for that. Highly recommend.

Super comfortable studio in great location near to town center and public transportation!

We felt very comfortable in Airbnb. Everything was well explained and everything was clean. The bus and train make it easy to get anywhere. They were very sweet and open. We would definitely recommend it. 😊

Boris and his family came and said hello but gave us total space and privacy. Lake was beautiful and the house was very tastefully done with lots of modern features built into panel on wall, light controls , music and curtains , heat and cooling. Would love to stay there again

The accommodation was excellent, clean and spacious. It is close to public transport, shopping, the lake and village. Werner was an excellent host: communicative, helpful and kind.

The place in Weesen matches the photos. The place is quiet and invites for a relaxing stay. In the kitchen there are many utensils to use and otherwise the apartment is very well equipped. Larissa wrote a very accurate description, so everything was clear. We were able to check in earlier and could have stayed there until 4pm. The property is very special and uniquely decorated. One bed is opposite the kitchen, in the living room. It didn't bother us, but you have to be aware of that. Parking is right outside the door.
