We love to stay at this place. Beautifully furnished, a little oasis in busy Colombo. Senerath, the caretaker, is utterly amazing. We always feel very at home.

It was such a treat staying with Sebastian. If you’re looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy a slice of serenity, this is a fantastic choice. The pool is perfection, the decorations and furniture are beautifully tasteful and the kitchen/bathroom appliances all work great. Sebastian is also a very generous host. Would thoroughly recommend!

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

We had a great stay and Janith's Airbnb. Really good communication, and care taker was around if we needed any help with anything. Perfect for a group stay. Was clean, tidy. Pool was exactly what you needed with the heat and lit up in the evening so you could still enjoy it at night time. Would recommend... looking Forward to coming back :)

The property with the pool was a great deal! The pool & all the rooms and living spaces were clean and well maintained. The 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms had all the amenities listed including bed linen, towels etc. It was spacious for us to have our friends over to celebrate our birthdays together. Waruna was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. His mom opened the house to us and showed everything around. Note to remember to get down her phone number to call when checking out. There is a friendly cat, three was fish to feed him. Adorable! Definitely reccomend staying over!

Location is perfect and very convenient to all amnesties. Upeksha is responding very quickly and friendly. Very clean home with nice pool. no parking issues. Prefer to go again and there is no hesitation to recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Sepalika’s home, which was in a great location close to the city centre. Her housekeepers were very helpful throughout our stay and provided us with a delicious traditional Sri Lankan breakfast. The six of us felt very comfortable and at home.

Everything was soo well maintained and very kind guide who visited twice a day, gave us his contact so we could contact if we needed anything… They had everything prepared for the check-in, we felt like home with no any restrictions. The Wi-Fi was a bit too slow and was not accessible at certain times, but since the location was so good we had better cellular connections.. Overall it’s the best place in that location with awesome pricing… I’ll surely visit again around August with an even longer stay! Thankyou so much! ♥️✨

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Udeni, the host, truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She is extremely responsible, friendly, and always attentive to any need or request. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience really stood out during our stay. One of the best things about this villa is that Udeni lives right next door. This made it incredibly easy to reach out to her whenever we needed assistance or had any questions. We booked Andy’s property for a colleague visiting from overseas, and she had a wonderful stay. The home was safe, comfortable, and she absolutely loved it. Andy was incredibly helpful and responsive to anything we needed, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Very comfortable. Noise from construction in the area. A problem during the day not at night. Barking dog in the neighbourhood. Seemed to stop late at night. High vehicular traffic.

So close to the main road, banks, supermarkets, etc. Nice Garden, Spacious rooms, and kitchen equipment. Clean Rooms and Bathrooms. Sumanasiri is so friendly and supportive. Flexible with Check-in and Check-out timings. Highly Recommended.

This is my third time staying at Yas's place. First 02 times I was traveling Solo but this time came with my wife. Self and wife had a great stay here! The host was extremely helpful right from booking all the way to check out, always checking up on us through messages to see if we had any problems, and always replying promptly. she had been really prompt in communication Short walk to local supermarket and Tuk Tuk stand. Local amenities include pharmacy, Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sri Lanka. would recommend the place for everyone who comes to this part of Colombo.

Had a short but pleasant stay here. Anandhi was extremely responsive and helpful and helped us make the most of our time in Colombo.

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

Nice place with 24 hours security personnel available. The area is very private and only has about 13 ish houses. The owner Isuru communicates well and attends to matters immediately. We were just only 2 people but the house is ideal for more people with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms where the upstairs master bedroom comes with AC unit which was our main reason to book. Easy access to Kottawa and Piliyandala area. We loved the temple being right across the road. Isuru managed to turn up when we were leaving the house as well.

Home away from home, secluded and private with fresh air and natural surroundings

This is a beautiful spacious property in a fabulous location with a sea view to die for. We were a little concerned as not many reviews, but this is often let as 2 homes together. Alexander was swift to respond and communicate this to us. Sam was always responsive and Dinesh was always on hand to look after us. The dogs are very friendly and absolutely no trouble at all. We already love this area in Sri Lanka, and loved it even more staying here.

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.
