Great spot for visting family in Bradford

We stayed here as a base for a wedding. It's a lovely place. Very comfy beds, which was our main use of the house, but also a very well resourced kitchen. There were only 2 of us in the end so plenty of space, and we didn't even use the living room. There is a short walk from parking but that was no hassle. Didn't want to upset any neighbours so just left a "we're at no. XX" in the windscreen in case we were in anyone's way. Should have done a supermarket shop en route as not a lot in Hayfield. Overall, super place and can absolutely recommend

We had a brilliant weekend stay in Michelle's family home, which was absolutely perfect as a base with our two children and grandma for a family wedding. The house is huge and beautifully decorated, and set up with everything you could need to entertain the kids (a stunning garden in the sunshine as well!). We loved the open plan kitchen space looking out onto the garden. Michelle was so helpful and brilliant at communicating with us, all the information provided was so useful. A wonderful home from home, really couldn't have asked for more. We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much xx

This was a perfect property for our overnight stay. We came for a music event at the co op live arena. The location was easy to find and within walking distance of the venue. We felt safe when walking home from the event at midnight. The property itself was lovely, lots of space for ourselves and our adult children. An outside area for sitting in the sun was a bonus. The facilities were excellent and communication with the hosts was friendly and prompt. This was a great place to stay and would highly recommend. I would definitely book again and it may encourage us to come for a longer stay 🙂

The cottage went beyond our expectations, so clean and rooms all tastefully decorated. The cottage has all mod cons and loved the kitchen. We were clown away by the rooms and loved the bath in main bedroom. It was easy to find and in a perfect location, beautiful walks in all directions. The village of Hayfield is a nice walk away and you pass The Sportsman pub on the way, nice dog friendly pub, lovely roast dinner! We will definitely be booking again Thank you for having us! Zain is a great host,the house is very well presented and in a great location. Bedrooms are all spacious and well equiped with desks, chairs and clothes storage. The only improvement i can suggest is would be great to have mirrors in the bathrooms. TV was bit temperamental but Zain compensated for this with a late check out. Overall lovely stay at a lovely house.

Shelly was a great host and was really responsive to messages and was helpful with any issues faced offering solutions for us. The place was tidy and the tea and coffee left was a lovley touch. The TV was damaged but still watchable and Shelly did say she is getting this replaced so this shouldn't impact anyone elses stay. There was also parking available which was great for us, I would totally recommend staying here to anyone I had a lovley time here. thanks again Shelly :)

The property was perfect for me and my wife. Spacious with 2 bathrooms, a balcony, and close to city centre amenities. This was a great place for us to retreat to when we wanted to relax. The thing that made us feel more welcome than anything else though was the hosts. Their communication was brilliant and even messaging us during our stay to make sure everything has been OK with our stay. Will be staying here again if/when we return to Leeds.

The check in was really smooth with the option for parking as well proved really easy and accessible especially in the city centre. The apartment was really clean had fantastic views sat on the 8th floor and is a great location for any business or leisurely visits within Sheffield, would highly recommend to anyone! Kenny was great throughout helped with any queries and a quality host, look forward to returning

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

John’s place is lovely, very convenient location with plenty of good restaurants. The house is spotlessly clean, looks brand new , sooo beautiful , with premium fixture and kitchen appliances . John is a great host, we needed a fan and he instantly sent within 5 minutes and responded to our queries immediately. I will recommend to my friends in Singapore if anyone comes to Manchester.

Amazing little apartment in a great location. Only minutes from Old Trafford stadium, a 10 minute drive to Media City and Trafford Shopping centre and near a retail park. Also easy enough to get an Uber into the city Apartment was exactly as described, very clean and all amenities needed The host was really proactive in messaging around check in instructions, which were really clear to follow Smart tv has Netflix and prime but you will need an account to log into these Bathroom is very clean alongside the rest of the apartment Only note would be that the blinds don’t keep out all the light so it can get quite bright in the morning. However we had sleeping masks so wasn’t an issue for us! Would definitely stay here again

Shola’s place was great and she is lovely and very responsive. It’s very well situated and very quiet.

Phil and Anne were wonderful, even before we arrived we needed to switch our dates and they were happy to accommodate the change without fuss. On arrival we were shown where to park and around the accomodation, which was just as described, clean,tidy, super comfortable and had all the described amenities and lots of little touches that made our stay perfect. Thank you both for a wonderful base for our trip.

Judah was a super friendly host and the apartment was perfect, just like the photos. 5 minutes from Co-op Live and Tram stop. Absolutely worth the money.
