Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Höllviken

We had a great stay at Tea’s home, a lovely family home. Entrance instructions were clear and concise. Tea replied quickly and was very helpful with obtaining groceries over the Christmas period. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Björn is a great host. Upon arrival we got all necessary instructions on the house and the area. He is very responsive and helped us with every question that we had. The house is exactly as described. It's beautiful and very spacious. The view from upstairs over the sea is incredible. We definitely enjoyed the stay. People with dog allergies should be aware that the owners have a dog.

We had ten wonderful days in our dream country Sweden. Malmö is also a wonderful city. The house is really great. The residential area is very well maintained. For us, the fenced property was worth gold because we were traveling with a small Australia Shepherd. I would come again!

Nice and cozy accommodation. Fitted great for a family with children where you have access to toys & books as well as a nice bounded garden where the children can play freely with trampolines/swings/slide and sandbox.

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely townhouse located in a peaceful neighborhood. The place was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Secure parking was a big plus. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions

We had a lovely time at Casper's home. The home is beautiful as pictured, with the open plan living/dining area and kitchen, it is delightfully spacious, light and airy. The home is tastefully furnished, with modern appliances and a smart control panel to open/close skylights, and track which windows and doors are locked/open. It also operates the large window blinds on the glass windows and doors that open up onto the front garden of grass, with a swing and comfortable seating. There is a garden in back of the house, again with seating, and bushes of fruit which we were welcomed to harvest and enjoy. Bedding was comfortable and bathroom facilities great. The neighborhood is safe, quiet with not a lot going on, but it is very relaxing especially after a day in Copenhagen (accessed via train (20 min walk from house) or by car. There are grocery stores near the train station too but not much in the way of restaurants. There are 2 cats that come with the property - utterly adorable!

Jette went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had a great stay during Christmas. The house was very spacious and cozy. Peaceful neighborhood but still close to anything you need. Jette was very responsive and communication was great. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Amazing stay!!! The house and grounds are beautiful. The house is in a neighborhood with adorable houses and you walk by sheep on your mornings stroll! There is a busier road behind the house but it’s very far and we didn’t really notice it. The pool was fantastic. We loved our stay!

Great place for family with 2 children. The house is very stylish and carefully decorated. Modern Danish coziness! We enjoyed our dinners on the large terrace in the garden. City center is easily and quickly accessible by nearby metro station. Shops, bakeries and stands are within walking distance. Gustav was very helpful and was always available to us.

A beautiful house, in a quiet residential area. An optimal location for excursions. Very quickly you can reach the nearby cities but also quiet lakes to relax and canoe. We'd happily come back.

We had a fantastic holiday with plenty of unforgettable activities, such as horseback riding and kayak, in a wonderful setting. The house is the perfect base if you want to get to know the Skåne region better. The owner is super friendly, very easily accessible and gives tips where needed. Highly recommend for those who love peace and nature.

We had a wonderful stay at Rikke’s House! The location was ideal—right by the train station, which made commuting into Copenhagen quick and easy. There were also plenty of local amenities nearby, including shops, bakeries, and supermarkets, which made everything really convenient. The house itself was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children—there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids had such a great time playing with all the toys provided, and the pool and hot tub were the perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommended!

We were 4 adults and 3 children and had a lovely holiday in the cottage. Malmö and Lund are really two great cities and very quickly accessible (by car, public transport is also available but we did not use it). The house really offers a lot and looks as described in the photos. The host was always available and helped directly with problems. We thought the terrace was very great and invites you to enjoy nice barbecues. Check-in was uncomplicated and flexible via door code. The cleanliness was fine. Value was good for us, which is why we would recommend the house:-) Thanks to Emma for the lovely holiday!

The house is wonderful and as described it was recently renovated to a good standard. It’s not huge but the large outdoor deck makes up for that when the weather is fine. We stayed at Easter and it was borderline sitting outside but we took advantage of the sunny deck whenever we could! And whatever the weather, the outdoor hot tub is marvellous and the family went for a dip every morning - it’s a really nice tub too with lots of different jet and bubble settings - and super warm! We stayed at Christer’s place as a family of four with two teens, one of whom stayed in the separate guesthouse - which she was delighted about as she could disappear there when she wanted! There isn’t a toilet in the guesthouse but that didn’t bother her, as it’s a relatively short walk. It’s ideal for a smaller family for some time away from the day-to-day in a very quiet and calm setting, just 500m from the seaside! We also brought our bikes and could store them in the outdoor storage which was super!

A very cozy place to stay - with everything you need. I definetly recommend.

We (2 couples) had 2 lovely nights and the 2 cabins are perfectly located next to the water. There is ample opportunity to relax and just enjoy the view from the terrace or wilderness bath 👏👏 The cabins and the host couple are highly recommended

We had a lovely few days at Jenna and Linu's cozy cottage by the beach. There was everything we needed, and it was in scenic surroundings. Even had a nice dinner at their fine restaurant right next door. Thanks for the nice chocolates at welcome! Jenna and Linus were generally very welcoming and helpful hosts.
