Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Holgate

We had a great time staying at Ben’s flat. It has everything you need and is simple, clutter-free and clean. Instructions for entering and parking were clear, the property feels very secure as there are 3 levels of code-entry doors from street to flat and the location is great for exploring York. 15-20 minute walk to the Shambles and centre of town and great local restaurants (really recommend Valentino’s 5 mins walk away and Ate O’Clock 15 mins walk away). A great flat in a great location, with a helpful host. Thank you!

We found the hosts to be very helpful with detailed instructions on how to get to the accommodation. The accommodation was lovely, bright and spacious with everything needed for your stay. We would highly recommend to others and would definitely stay again when staying in York. The accommodation was very close to the station as well as the city and therefore an ideal place to stay at. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious and good too. Overall we were very impressed with our stay ♥️

We were particularly impressed at your thoughtfulness in leaving a welcome basket. Apart from the initial slight difficulty in access at the gate, once we had the fob, all was well. The showers were really good with a strong flow of water. Also, we were lovely and warm. The private parking was very useful. The flat is situated near the station, restaurants and takeaways and with easy access to the city centre. We would love to stay again should we return to York.

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

Absolutely lovely place. Exactly as described. Everything we needed. Only place for 1 car per apartment, but was easy to find another carpark. 15 minute walk straight down main road leading into the centre. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

A lovely apartment which was clean & fresh upon check-in. The location was great for what we needed and the host was reliable and responsive! The only downfall was the size of the sofa bed. Despite saying it was double, there was no way 2 people could fit and sleep on there. Thank you ☺️

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

If you're looking for a sumptuous accommodation in easy walking distance of the York Train Station and surrounds, this AirBnB is fantastic. As home cooks we organised a grocery delivery straight to the house, which arrived promptly. There's also a small Sainsbury's tucked in the side of the York train station opposite the glassed Family Room for urgent supplies. The modern kitchen had everything we needed to cook a proper meal. There is a separate, combined lounge dining area overlooking the garden which is great for entertaining. We enjoyed going up and down the carpeted stairs to the upper levels, as it was a novelty for us, however this might not suit someone with mobility challenges. We loved staying in this AirBnB and thought the amenities were better than most five star hotels. We would definitely book again.

Very nice place, stayed as we were going to a family wedding, Ian was very helpful when asking how close to the venue, very quick at responding and the house felt like a home, would deffinately reccomend

The guys we booked in here had a great stay, and were happy with the property and the amenities. Very convenient base for getting about Leeds, being near York Road. The house is beautiful, very clean, we had everything we needed. It is the nicest and cleanest house we have stayed in on vacation.I would definitely recommend, the area is very beautiful.

We had a great Easter weekend in York. The accommodation was really comfortable, well equipped and really well located for all central attractions and shops. The provisions in the kitchen were great- lovely to have tea, coffee, milk plus a bottle of wine, crisps and biscuits to enjoy! Really good range of crockery and glasses, and the living area was great for relaxing in as a family. Beds are really comfortable and we slept really well. Highly recommend for a great central location to explore York and Karen is an excellent host who was very helpful when we had any queries. Thank you for a great stay.

Loved our stay, it was even nicer in person than the photos! Beautiful property with gorgeous decor, tonnes of space, the kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils etc. Smooth check in and easy walk into the town centre :)

There were a few lovely surprises here. The huge shared garden space was a delight. Very peaceful and my dog was delighted to lie in the grass all day. The cafe next door was very pleasant and parking was easy.

Fantastic place to stay, very central, extremely clean and well equipped. Host was very communicative even giving us a location of a super market we could stop at on our way so we weren’t hunting for one. Felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this host if you are heading to York.

Richard’s place was perfect, very peaceful. Very well equipped and thought out. Will definitely come back when visiting family in Leeds.

We had a lovely return visit to Diane's apartment and certainly hope to go again. We couldn't fault anything; everything so clean, the apartment well appointed, bed very comfortable with beautiful bedding and towels and everything you could possibly need or want. Malton is a perfect base to enjoy North Yorkshire. Great to meet Diane and Mark who were so friendly. Thank you!

Ideal location within 15 minutes walking of everything you want to do within the city centre. Perfect base for exploring. Secure, private parking an added bonus. Apartment had everything needed for any length of stay and was a clean comfortable space for relaxing at the end of busy days exploring. Hosts were super helpful, proactively recommending places to eat/drink and things to do and all communications were quick and easy.

Amazing stay! The neighborhood is peaceful and a short distance walk from downtown shopping and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again

What a wonderful property in such an incredible location! You’re never more than 15 minutes walk from anything within York’s walls. The apartment is stunningly decorated and the artwork throughout is gorgeous. We’ll be staying again.
