nice to meeting you.I started a private lodging in November 2023. It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. It is fully equipped with daily necessities. We live in the same apartment, so we will take care of anything right away.We also enjoy going out and having a meal with our guests when the time is right. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, 3 stops from Sapporo Station, It is a little inconvenient about a 20-minute walk from Kita24jo Station on the Nanboku Subway Line, but there are few drive streets and you can spend quietly. 5 min walk to convenience store, The drugstore is a 4 minute walk, A 10-minute walk to the supermarket and a convenient place to live. Also, there are large supermarkets and hot spring facilities if you go 2 stops by train. The field next door is open from spring to autumn. [About pick-up and drop-off] We will pick you up and drop you off by car (gymny) to Shinkawa Station as much as possible on the first and last days of your stay.Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. If you have a large group, we'll send them in a few installments if you have a lot of luggage. There is wifi and a private kitchen and bathroom. Long-term stays and remote work are more than welcome.

An old 50-year-old home renovated in the summer of 2019. We've put all the furniture, such as the beds and the table, and the furniture. You will also enjoy the rich view of nature surrounded by rice paddies. If the weather is nice, you can see Mt. Daisetsu. The water right out of the faucet is under the water in the mountains of Daizukayama.It is a delicious drinking water with peace of mind that have been inspected.
