It is an 11-minute walk from JR Otaru station, a 3-minute walk to a convenience store and supermarket, a 2-minute walk to Otaru canal, very convenient for Otaru. Next to the apartment is the Old Temiya Line, which is now a walking course. I have a hotel license from the director of the Otaru City Health Center. Rest assured, we do not operate without permission. (The accommodations have been inspected by the health center and fire department. It is the second floor of a 3-story building built on a steel structure. It rarely freezes in the winter. Check-in time is 3 pm, but if you arrive in Otaru early, we can store your luggage. Please contact us in advance for the time period. We may not be able to accommodate you between 1 pm and 2 pm as we are busy preparing and cleaning the room, so you may need to wait a little. We may block bookings on Sundays, so please contact us if you'd like to stay. Please also contact us if you'd like to stay for 2 nights from Saturday to Monday. The location is not so good, so please refrain from booking if you are particular about location.

It features a modern, spacious room and a large garden (about 400 ㎡) shared with the host's house. The garden has a gazebo (Western-style) where you can relax. However, the garden is only open from mid-April to mid-October. The apartment is located in Otofuke, Tohoku Hokkaido. 2.5 hours by car from Chitose Airport, About a 50-minute drive from Obihiro Airport, 20 minutes by car (9 km) from Obihiro Station. There are buses from Obihiro station, but there are only about 2-3 buses per hour. 60 m from apartment to bus stop. Get off at 4 Chome Otofuke O-dori. Free transfers to Obihiro Station are available upon request. Convenience stores, cafes, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance of the apartment However, a car is a necessity if you want to go far. From here, Tokachigawa Onsen, the racecourse, tourist gardens, and ski resorts are close by.

Swift response in Line app when we had difficulties when check-in at the beginning and would be great to have the check-in instruction videos directly instead once booking is confirmed. Generally it is a really nice stay for my first time in Sapporo, quiet and cosy flat and most important, a very comfy bed after a long day outside in the snow❄️ Would recommend to friends and consider to stay again for next visit to Hokkaido!🧡

The apartment is beautiful and nicely outfitted. We appreciated the full kitchen, the great view, easy access to ski hills, and it was nice for our group to have two toilet rooms. We rented a car, which was very helpful to get around and access restaurants, onsens, and other places. Staff was helpful and responsive when we reached out. The place did have a pretty prominent smell throughout for our whole stay, we figured from some incorrect plumbing piping or venting - that would have been nice to be informed of up front. Other than that, the place was very nice.

Would love to come stay here again. The apartment has all the amenities for a long stay. The wifi was really fast and I was able to do Zoom calls to the U.S. without any issues The host was very responsive and helped us out last minute with requests.

Within 5 mins walk from the subway station, many restaurant nearby, Lawson just 1 min walk, very clean n comfortable bed, kitchen utensils and laundry. Is a wonderful place to stay, recommended to stay here👍
