We had a great stay. All of January. The house was totally unique. Not for everyone, but we enjoyed very much. An Bang beach is a great place to enjoy HoiAn.

Very responsive, and loved the place - access is a bit of a walk and it would be hard if you are with children and carrying heavy luggage as its a short 50m walk from where a taxi drops you off. ( Maybe if the host had a trolley to lug your suticases it would be good) but apart from that no other issue whatsoever.

Our family of 6, Grandparents, our son and his family with 3 children under 7 years old stayed here at the end of our Vietnam/Laos adventure. It was absolutely perfect for us! Hanh was so helpful and flexible. The home is really beautiful and owners have thought of so many extras to make you feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the beach that is just steps away. It’s a quiet, peaceful, extremely friendly and safe area. Be sure and rent bicycles…we rode all over the area and so much fun and felt so safe. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you Hanh! Thank you Hoi An!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Fantastic host, restaurant, motorbike rental steps away, local sea food and great restaurants all along the street. A must stay. ❤️

Beautiful villa. It has a special construction. It's big with a nice pool. The villa is very quiet. You do need transportation to get around. The center is 15 minutes with a Grab. It is within walking distance of the beach so with nice weather this is a great location. This way you can alternate peace and bustle with each other. The villa is very clean and the cleaning ladies are very kind. And the hosts are fantastic. Such friendly people. Respond quickly, give lots of tips and take care of everything for you. We definitely recommend this villa.

It's a new lodging, so it's clean, and it's much more spacious and better than the photos. If you ask the host to solve this or that problem, they will help you quickly. The location was a bit far from the city, but it was so nice to enjoy time with my family privately.

Absolutely the place for design lovers. This architecture is truly outstanding. And the house is well kept. The team around the host managing the house is very service oriented and super responsive! Of course like mentioned in other reviews, the ground floor is outside, so you have to live with nature. We didn’t see this as a negative point. Absolutely great place to stay.

Had a great stay here. The room was beautiful and it felt very zen inside. The pool was beautiful and the staff were very attentive and kind. Only minor thing to note was the karaoke bar nearby was loud - but that was all finished by around 10pm. Highly recommend this place! Super central. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was good. It was just nice to have a quiet neighborhood. The mart is a 5-minute walk, the coffee shop is a 5-minute walk, and if you go to the seaside hotel, there is a place that sells alcohol, but the taste is not guaranteed. I think there will be some likes and dislikes. There's nothing to do around, but it's nice to have a pool and a barbecue. And even if you kill the fire ants in the pool pot, they keep coming out (around) I'll choose here again next time. ^^

Hannie is friendly, helpful and responsive right from the start. She has helped to make arrangements for transfers, making us travelling with old folks a breeze! As we were travelling with senior family members, we had alot of queries in the amenities available at the property. Hannie was very patient and clear with her responses. She also provided suggestions on places to visit and where to eat! BBQ night was the absolute highlight. Chefs came to prepare as early as 4pm and dinner was ready by the time we got home. Food was cooked to perfection and all of us had a good meal. Property, needles to say, was absolutely stunning. True to pictures and just love the space and deco. This place is an absolute gem find! Highly recommended to stay. Just 10min away from all the action!

We love everything about this villa, also the staffs who serve us. The weather is kinda cold during our stay, didn’t get to swim in the pool, but it looks clean and great tho. Would definitely come back again.

Beautiful place.

A great value. Great accomodations and a great host! Check in was easy. As soon as I was inside the gate I was greeted and got offered help with my bags. The whole compound is private and gated in with someone on site 24/7. The bungalow was clean and exactly as pictured. The host Bao is extremely accomatdating as well. I was only able to book one night through the app last minute, but was able to stay for a few days longer as Bao offered me to stay in the room for the same rate for as many days needed. I really appreciated that. I arrived at night on the eve of the holiday so there wasn't much open. The host offered to cook some dinner for me. I also had some hot coffee on the house as well. Over all a great stay, I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Hoi An area. I would recommend to people who like a bit of privacy and not too much hustle and bustle of tourist areas. If you have a motorbike old town and all of the tourist places are just a 10-12 min ride away.

Nice location near the rice fields. Lots of options for the breakfast and wine. Especially we like the cuisine offer in the house. The kids really like the house. The manager HOA is nice and offer good suggestions and help us book the local restaurants. The pick up service is professional. Really recommend to stay here for the holiday in Hoi An.

This place was the cutest. When we arrived the staff was friendly and they even brought us a complimentary tea while they processed our check in. The cafe down stairs had great coffee and while we didn’t eat at the restaurant, we always saw people there when we were coming and going. The koi pond is an added bonus!! This hotel is a bit of a walk to the beach (15-20 minutes) but the other perks and the price point make up for it. Would definitely stay there again.

chuong and his family are very friendly hosts. they are responsive and smiling. the house is large and comfortable to live in. well equipped. it is within walking distance of the river and the beach. i would highly recommend!

It is a warm, neat, beautiful homestay where the house owner and the housekeeper, the service staff are all warm, gentle and friendly to us.Helped us book cheap and good taxi transfers, recommended local specialties for us, we went to eat twice, was our favourite Vietnamese food and cheap enough to be imagined.Finally, also because of the Sky Room, delayed some time for us to check out, so we had a particularly wonderful, unforgettable day in Hoi An, and we especially enjoyed being able to come back here someday.

Stayed at Quynh’s place for almost a week with my four year olds daughter. We had an amazing stay, the bath is gorgeous, the lanterns outside you can see from bed or sitting outside where we had dinner delivered a couple of nights (great tableware that feels nice to eat from) and amazing having washer and dryer. Quynh is responsive and genuinely cares for her guests experience in An Bang/Hoi An, and was very gracious in answering my many questions. Highly recommend.
