Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Hội An

Because we were arriving middle of the night, we asked Daisy to help us in arranging a ride and checking in. With additional delays with the plane arriving at 3 am in the middle of heavy rain, they took care of everything. The pros, the hosts are extremely responsive and helpful, the location is one block from the beach with many restaurants, and the unit has 3 air conditioners, allowing different members to control temperature to their liking. The cons, the design of the bathrooms. The shower is directly over the toilet making the floor wet. So we used one bathroom exclusively for showers. A tip for best way to get to the beach. There are 2 lobbies, and this unit is next to Gate A. I recommend going out through Gate B and turn right to go to the beach. We stayed here for a month and walked bare foot on the beach at sunrise. You will be surprised how popular the beach is at 5:30 am. Also try the app Grab not only for rides, but doing shopping from large supermarket like Lotte.

great apt and very clean and spacious. grabs were a little inconvenient to order since usually went to the gate but not a huge deal. not much around however. gym was difficult to find and figure out. requires payment according to host.

First and foremost, the host, Xuan An (and her husband), is just the best. She is incredibly welcoming, kind, and her hospitality is top-notch. Always quick to respond to messages and provide local recommendations, we found it easy to settle in and feel at home. The apartment itself is comfortable and equipped with everything you need for short or long stays. The apartment is located about a 15-minute, easy walk to Co-Op Mart (large supermarket), while smaller convenience-style stores are located less than a 5 minute walk away (WinMart). There is also an OK Mart located within the complex of the building itself, just outside the front entrance, that sells water and other convenience items. Mân Thái Beach is about a 7-10 minute walk directly down Phan Bá Phiên road, while Da Nang City (downtown) takes about 15-20 minutes by Grab. Chùa Linh Ứng, referred to as Lady Buddha, and the rest of the Sơn Trà Mountain are highly recommended. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay with Phuc and her family. My wife, 9mo daughter and nanny stayed and had a magical stay. Phuc provides breakfast every morning - alternating between traditional Hoi an and Vietnamese dishes. We looked forward to that every day and she was accommodating to our requests. She provided car service. Easy, reliable and reasonable. Her son brought me to the gas station when I ran out of gas on my scooter. Rooms were super nice and quiet. Great space. Pool and communal area were thoughtfully done. Washing machine too. They were super cute w our baby. Always smiling and making her laugh. Great location out of the frenetic down town city center but close enough for an easy scoot, bike or walk. Near Memories show. Close to river for easy strolls. Some great, cheap family restaurants right next door. We went to one called Sunset 3 times! Great value. Highly recommend!

Vry responsive and great hospitality from Tau. Tau's place is exactly as per advertised with great location near my khe beach and tonnes of nice local food around. Tau is very attentive to our enquiries and try her best to assist us during our trip. Overall, great place for the price. ☺️

Place was great. I’ve staid now in Da Nang several times in several places. This place was close to everything, view was awesome. 1 block from the beach. There was only a cpl things I wanted to mention that I wish there was cooking stuff there such as spices, oil, soy sauce. I don’t want to buy all of that every time I rent a place for a short time. The bed was also too hard for my back. They were so kind and brought me a mattress topper but my back still hurt 😔. I’m giving them 5 stars. If you don’t care about a soft bed then no worries.

We had an amazing time at this place. The villa is very spacious and has all the needed facilities. The swimming pool is especially great! The water was clean and the pool is very private. We would definitely recommend this villa if you plan on visiting An Bang Beach and Hoi An. The villa is very close to both so we rented a motorbike through this Airbnb (delivered right to the front door of the villa) and took small trips from there. The surrounding rice fields are also very beautiful and fun to tour around in. Trinh was an amazing host. She responded very quickly to our messages and was always ready to help! We almost missed our bus because we couldn't find a cab and she fixed one for us within 10 minutes.

Great place with great staffs. You can request anything at anytime and they reply promptly and act on it same time. Breakfast and cleaning was fantastic and the place is so nice and calm to stay relaxed. Amazing hospitality and we’ll visit again for our next trip.

We spent a night here and wish we could stay for much longer, because the villa and the location are gorgeous! It has everything you need, it’s quiet, spacious, stylish. The host is very helpful. We definitely recommend everyone to stay here and surely will come back again.

We loved our stay so much. Villa is really beautiful, spacious with all the amenities provided. It’s first line to the sea with super friendly restaurant just opposite ( they would bring us food for the dinner ) Our host Lynh has really took good care of us🥰.There is plenty of space for everyone, it was 6 of us and everyone would find a spot to chill if necessary.

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

We had the best stay here. -The apartment is very modern and feels cosy at the same time. -The view is stunning - You have all the shops and nice restaurants you could wish for in walking distance - The beach is 1min walk Our host was super friendly and so accommodating. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone and I would definitely come back and stay again. Thanks again!

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

Dung’s place was a perfect place for a 2 week stay! Very accommodating and comfortable.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

I think I'll come again next time

I stayed 3 days with my dog and booked again. There was a washing machine, so it was comfortable, and I stayed without any inconvenience due to the host's prompt response. I was able to deliver it very comfortably, and I was able to buy the bottled water and food I needed at K-Mart. Good house good host ^ ^
