Monthly Rentals in Hocabá Municipality

A work in progress, lovely as is but with spectacular potential! We didn't give Gustavo much advance warning (less than 24 hrs), so there wasn't time to fill the pool or get everything completely spotless, but it was still a great stay. Definitely recommended, especially if you can 1. Give more than 2 days advance notice (it takes that long to fill the pool from the local cenote) and 2. Stay long enough to appreciate the pace of country living and take advantage of the full kitchen, fruit (included) & eggs (for sale) from the trees & chickens on the farm. One caveat: not all the animals on the Quinta are on a regular human schedule; ear plugs recommended for uninterrupted sleep! Beds are comfy & clean, living quarters are simple but perfectly adequate, and Gustavo was a great host, answering all sorts of questions about the past, present, & future of the Quinta. We can't wait to see it again in a couple years!

Benjamin is an excellent host, he helped me find how to get there. very friendly and attentive all the time an excellent place to stay long seasons. The accommodation is comfortable to rest. It is spacious, clean and tidy as shown in the photos. i really enjoyed my stay, would definitely come back again.

This was my second stay at Senka’s place, and it was just as amazing—if not better—than the first! The home is spotless, cozy, beautifully designed, and Senka continues to be an incredible host, ensuring everything is perfect. I returned because of perfect location, comfort, hospitality, amenities, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. There’s just so so magical about Izamal and Casona Tres Casonas! I’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at the Hacienda for new years. Everything was perfect. Don Sam was always there to help us with anything. We had a wonderful weekend!
