4 bedroom ranch home with deck and backyard in a pleasant neighborhood with sidewalks. 3 full bathrooms, one with an oversized jacuzzi tub. Large entertaining areas both on the main floor and the fully finished basement with wet bar, wine cellar and waterfall feature. There’s two fireplaces and an outdoor fire pit. This house is not suitable for children between the ages of 2 and 12. No internet. Easy access to I-43 approximately 25 miles to Green Bay or Kohler. Guests must check-in in person.

Welcome to our remodeled house and and hot tub cottage on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County. We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.

The channel allows you to dock your boat at the property during your stay. It’s a large home with plenty of space with a newly renovated lower level, including a pool table, ping pong, darts and foosball. Smart TVs in all the right places. 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Brand new queen size murphy bed.
