Homestay is located in the center of Tam Coc - Trang An tourist area. 5 minutes walk from Tam Coc wharf. Around there are many restaurants - mini supermarkets - and tourist attractions such as Dancing Cave, Thung Nham... The new homestay was built with many rooms with modern design and full amenities at very cheap prices for a vacation trip in Ninh Binh. Home has a restaurant serving meals for guests (set or menu), has a cooking stove and BBQ grill for guests, and has free parking.

We had a lovely stay at this homestay! It’s run by a wonderful family—the host and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host’s mom was especially warm and made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Host was very accessible and helpful. All hotel staff have been kind and responsive (special mention to David😉). The hotel is very clean, well-equipped and the room we had was completely refurbished a short time ago. The staff took the time to answer our questions, allowed us a late check-out until 7pm, helped us book our taxi. Only downside, the breakfast is not very varied but remains good. I highly recommend it. We'll be back with pleasure!!

LOCATION, location, location. We had a great time here which was helped by a free upgrade on our first night because we had an issue with our room. The cafe at the bottom is a vibe and the location is great. Saturday night in this area is a must for date night and the staff were so amazing thank you guys

We had a great time during our stay at Phi Hung's Unique Homestay. The house is surrounded by fruit trees, flowers and a vegetables garden. It feels like home and the family were super friendly, funny, very enthusiastic and always made us feel comfortable and welcome. Their English was very limited but we had a lot of fun using Google translate. We had a Vietnamese dinner with the family, 100K vnd pp, which was worth it. The food was delicious and it's like all you can eat. You also can specify your dietary requirements in advance. The breakfast was provided and simple but delicious. Hung, our host, wasn't there but the family welcomed us and you also can communicate with Hung through airbnb and he responded immediately. The room was comfortable and looked new. You can use the family kitchen on the ground floor. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a nice addition.
