Spacious holiday home at the seafront.

Kvammen, 30min drive from Sandstad. 25 minutes to Kvenvær with shop, restaurant and archipelago idyll. The house belongs to a small farm that is upgraded and has plenty of space both outside and inside, the house is located 100 meters from the sea, short distance to fishing water and hiking trails. There are four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and one with two mattresses that can be used if needed. Travel bed for children. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Large dining area in the living room and TV. Wifi.

An unforgettable stay at the shore of the lake

This unique place has its very own style. A newly built cabin located at the edge of the sea. The house is recently finished and can be described as modern, sturdy and an exceptionally good place for rest and celebration. There is also the possibility to rent other places within short walking distance, if you want to vacation together with more people than there are beds in Skjåen. The marina is nearby and there is the possibility to rent a boat and two kayaks during the rental period. The cabin has a fast web and is very suitable for "workation"

Bathroom equipped with toilet, shower, washing machine and underfloor heating. Waterborne heat in all rooms, except for loft. Immediate proximity to the lake and nature. Here you can really relax, enjoy the silence and find peace!

The cabin was substantially upgraded 2016. The annex is about 15 sqm. Have you and your family can enjoy sunny days fishing from land or boat. Rural location, 10 min to shop and quay, 25 min by boat to Trondheim, 25 min by car to Orkanger. Great hiking areas, swimming areas and fishing opportunities, both in the sea and in water. Lots of opportunities for bike rides. Great view, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Kid-friendly. In addition, there is 70 inch tv with chromecast and internet. Private exit to the terrace where you can enjoy lazy days in the sun. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Hestvika. Guest port for boat is a few minutes walk away. Fastboat stop is 10 min drive away.It has 3 departures daily to Brekstad,Trondheim and Kristiansund.

Unique guest cottage for two people, located right by the sea. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, then this is the place for you. The guest cottage can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be inserted. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for 250 NOK.
