Arrive & feel good - enjoy your time out in the quiet and absolutely centrally located studio. The mountain view from the bed lets you wake up in a wonderful idyll. The Hössbahn is only 240 m away. Ski boot dryers are available in the studio. The contactless key handover allows a comfortable arrival and departure. The car can be loaded and unloaded directly in front of the house. For an occupancy of 3 or more people, Tiki 2 can be booked.

Starting point for many hiking trails and excursion destinations, right on the way to Lugauer. There is enough space for your children to play, pet and watch animals. To relax, you have seating and space for grilling at the edge of the forest.

There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. A studio room, nestled in a modern wellness house with sauna and steam bath, is available. The wellness house is surrounded by an idyllic garden, which is bordered by a small mountain stream.
