For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Quiet apartment with conservatory on beautiful Lake Thiersee. Distance to lake 2 min. A walk around the lake takes about half an hour (2 km). There is a large playground 500 meters away. Supermarket and pizzeria 1 km away. Many small hikes to difficult day trips are possible from the house. Best starting point for a mountain bike tour on the Pendling (local mountain). Mountaineers will be just as happy here as families with small children.

The "Wilder Kaiser" ski resort is only 20 km away. You can reach the apartment via a private, separate entrance.
