Thanks Jo for the accommodation. This place was meeting our requirements, our stay was pretty comfortable. It was warm, clean and my 3 yr old enjoyed the backyard. Jo was approachable and friendly to talk. I would definitely recommend this place.

She was able to take care of us even on short notice. I really couldn’t be happier with her communication, the quality of their home, and the entire experience. Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

What a lovely place! Perfectly decorated, incredibly well-maintained, tons of space, sparkling clean, and in a wonderful location. Five minute walk to Northeastern, super easy walk to Fenway, and less than a 30 minute very scenic walk to the Back Bay area (it was such a beautiful walk, we did it multiple times during our stay). The homes (including this one) are amazing, great places to eat nearby, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I would absolutely book it again. I've already recommended it to some friends who will be traveling to Boston over the summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! The carriage house is in a beautiful neighborhood. It was quiet at night and was easily accessible to downtown Providence. The home was very clean. We appreciated the large bedrooms, upgraded fixtures, and comfortable beds. The living room was good for our family of 4. The kitchen has all the basics. The owners were extremely responsive and accommodating.

All the positive reviews are true! Our family of two seniors, two adults and two teenagers had more than enough space to be together or have privacy. Having a reserved parking spot was priceless (plus there's a second street pass)! The rental was squeaky clean, comfortable, super quiet, and was above and beyond stocked with fresh food and supplies--it truly felt like home. Shea was friendly and responsive, but we didn't need her for anything. It was the perfect location for our Northeastern Graduation weekend!

Everything was as listed and very responsive and great host. The property was in a very nice and in a great town. We enjoyed our time there.

Our host was welcoming and responsive. The accommodations were minimalist with a comfortable flair. The host provided games and a record player!! We had so much fun. Watching the wildlife in the adjacent and peaceful wetland was the highlight of our trip. Thank you!

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

This house is a true gem. The home is cozy and welcoming with lots of puzzles and family games to play. The pool is pristine and was so much fun to use. The beautiful trees and flowers provide nice shade and privacy around the pool while also feeling like you’re inside a pollinator garden. The home is an easy walk to front beach and bearskin neck where we enjoyed good restaurants and shops. Trenton and Cassie are great hosts- very responsive and friendly. We hope to stay here again!

Needed a good home base while in town for the marathon. Easy to use the bus to connect to the redline and get everywhere I had to go! Balcony was beautiful and neighborhood felt quiet and safe!

Was an amazing Place to stay. The area was outstanding with lots to do and very easy access to the train to get to and from downtown and other areas of the city. Will definitely stay here again! The parking spot was a huge plus!!

Great older lake house vibe. We liked it very much. It worked great for our family of five.

Accommodations were exactly as described. Lower level of a duplex with a young family upstairs. Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Back deck was really peaceful and quiet.

What a find! I came to Kristen's because some plans fell through last minute. Having never heard of Marblehead but keen to visit somewhere by the sea and easily accessible from Boston, wow did I get a pleasant surprise. It is absolutely beautiful there, I had to pinch myself - it was like living in a film! The apartment was absolutely perfect. I'd been staying somewhere a bit grubby and disorganised beforehand and Kristen's place was absolutely sparkling clean, I felt incredibly welcome and cared for right away. Furthermore, checking in early with my monstrous suitcase was no problem at all and the apartment is generously stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, a bottle of wine, cold drinks, a folder of local recommendations, comfortable, quality furnishings and linens, great lighting and more. This is what true hosting is all about if you ask me - making your guests feel as comfortable and welcome as possible and Kristen most certainly does this in spades.

Could not have been happier with our weekend stay. The home was perfect for our two families with young children. There was plenty of space for everyone, everything was very clean and the bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed. Lots of added touches. Cannot say enough good things about the stay and the hosts. The place was beautiful and clean, conveniently located and we loved the short walk to the beach. We spent each day exploring a different city, and we felt perfectly located to be in a comfortable, peaceful area away from everything but not too far from anywhere we wanted to go. Pups loved the yard, lots of room for them to run and play. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have picked a better place for the first vacation with our baby.
