It was the last stay of our itinerary, and we never thought it will be so peaceful. The place was so happening and so soothing. The best part was the food it felt like home. We really enjoyed the stay. The barbeque session was so awesome. Naresh was so helpful in arranging all the things we needed. He also guided for a wood fire pizza which is near to this place and it was a lifetime experience. The location is so peaceful and still untouched.

Arun has excellent communication skills. Arun is very professional with his guests. He explained everything to me after I reached his location. Arun is a retired air force personnel(not sure about his post). We had a great conversation about his work. He is also an artist. He has made wonderful paintings. There was construction work going on which blocked the path to the homestay. Arun picked up my suitcase till the apartment. Arun was extremely helpful and courteous. He made sponge Dosas for me which was very tasty. The bedroom was spacious. The kitchen had all amenities. Arun had also kept eggs, butter etc. for the guests in the fridge. I also liked the terrace of the homestay. Lots of beautiful plants, and enough space to dry your washed clothes. Amazing view from terrace. All in all, it was a beautiful experience. I wish to stay here longer when I come next time.

I loved every last moment of my 55 days at Abhaya’s home. A very short walk to many shops and restaurants, but on a sweet back road with a slower pace. The apartment felt warm, comfortable, and private - but with the timely care of a wonderful and friendly family. Everything was available and managed incredibly well. More than just thankful for the experience, I was touched that a family had such time and guidance for someone such as myself - who just happened to make this booking on AirBnb. Thank you so much for everything! For sure I hope to consider this my home base in the future while in Kathmandu, and I do hope to make it back very soon.

Swaran is incredible warm and an amazing host. We instantly felt at home and that we were welcome and appreciated as guests in her home. This is the perfect stay for anyone looking for a more personal experience in a lovely home. Her place is really beautiful and peaceful, on a quiet gated street right by lots of great things like the market, park, subway and shops/restaurants. Bhawani's place is a peaceful cave. It's has a huge potential and very convenient location. I loved that the sheets and blankets are clean. Host is very responsive n always ready to help. Restaurant is next door with geest food. Pashupatinath is in walkable distance n grocery stores are around. I loved it.

It was a great stay at Magnolia. The location was beautiful. Samridhi, the host, was very proactive and prompt with sharing details for all other services and amenities that we needed during our week long stay.
