Host was very prompt in his replies. Apartment was in a great location, walkable to restaurants, bars etc.

Second stay at Ana and Nathan’s lovely apartment. Best things for me are the location, both the proximity to neighbourhood facilities and to the city . Also that it’s decorated as a home not an Airbnb! Can get a little warm on a hot day but easy to manage with fans and aircon.

I absolutely loved this place! I felt right at home. Magdalena was a great host appreciated the communication. Will be back soon!

Had a great weekend stay. Location is great: you’re in the middle of everything, and still you don’t hear a thing from the street below. Super cleverly designed place, compact with two bathrooms and two balconies. Beds were all very comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place, felt very spacious and well appointed, was quiet whilst being super close to the restaurants and the lake. Bathroom was lovely, bed super comfy, nice big tv screens with lots of streaming options. Had lots of fun with the pinball machine. Well suited to a couple and 2 kids. Not so much for more than 2 adults as the beds are all really close. We really loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we were visiting Caroline Springs, and we really appreciated being able to bring our pooch. Thanks so much Chante. ♥️

Sam's place was perfect location with Melbourne Central Station and shopping centre and cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment accommodated our 5 guests with no issues, just be aware the rooms are slightly smaller than the pictures show so we couldn't fit all our suitcases in the bedrooms but were able to put them in the lounge room to solve the problem with no issues. Sam was extremely responsive and rectified any issues promptly. Recommend Sam's place for your next stay in Melbourne.

Robyn is nice and easygoing. Her place is clean and cozy. It is convenient to go around to other places within the city. Thanks so much for this wonderful place and we will certainly consider this when we visit melbourne next time.

Extremely well maintained space, lovely and proactive host, very responsive on the chat. Fresh linen and towels were provided. The place has 3 bedroom, with beds in 2 of the bed rooms. Has an outdoor dining table, and 2 indoor tables. The longe room has air con and heater. The couch is one the most comfortable ones ever. Plenty of plants in the backyard that are well maintained. 1.8km drive to the Sanctuary lakes mall. Will find everything there. The reason to choose this place was for its quick access to the freeway and the best value for money places on offer in the surroundings. Washer , dryer, free Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher, adequate cooking utensils and dinner ware, It was nice to have been provided with basic seasonings, and olive oil in the pantry for some basic cooking. Will definitely return for our future Melbourne visits.

Lan's place was fantastic! It was clean, tidy, and located in a great area. It had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable, even during a muggy Melbourne weekend.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Second time staying at Melanie’s place and it’s was just as great. We love the location to parks, cafes, Metro Creek trail and the train to get into the city. Clifton Hill is beautiful and quiet and our stay was very comfortable. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at Patrizio’s most beautiful place. It has been exceptionally well designed, by Patrizio, and couldn’t be more comfortable! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and the apartment even more so, at the end of a tree lined street. Going to the city center has been a breeze by tramway, and has been taking us about 25 minutes, so it is super convenient. The kitchen features top appliances and we have been able to enjoy cooking light meals here. The bathrooms are large and gorgeous. I could go on and on: this place is as good as it gets!

A comfortable, warm, cosy studio and is conveniently located to the main strip in Brunswick and just a 5-10 minute walk to the tram line. A quiet neighbourhood to make a comfortable stay throughout your trip. Claudia was always available, great communication and responded promptly to any enquiries.

Had a fantastic stay at Dr. Fred’s apartment in Southbank. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for our Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne, with easy access to public transport and also walkable to Albert Park if needed. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again for future Grand Prix trips!

My husband and self enjoyed 3 nights at this airbnb and highly recommend. The apartment had a really cosy feel, was clean and welcoming. The hosts communication was on point. The views are incredible, especially at night. We really enjoyed the facilities, and had a sauna each morning to start our day. The location is excellent. We will be back.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

A perfect base for us whilst visiting family, High Point shopping centre is right opposite, access to lovely river walk is just across the road. private parking and a fantastic terrace with great views of the city skyline.

This place was everything we hoped for and more. The location couldn’t be better—right across from a major train station, surrounded by great restaurants, and within easy walking distance to top attractions. We arrived to a sweet, personalized welcome: jazz music softly playing, aromatherapy in the air, and a tasty little treat waiting for us. The Australian bath products smelled divine, and the shower’s water pressure was top-notch. Waking up to the stunning city and waterfront views took our breath away every morning. Our four-year-old had an absolute blast, and the fast internet kept us connected. The host made check-in and check-out a breeze, even providing helpful recommendations for luggage storage. We can’t recommend this spot highly enough—it’s the perfect urban retreat!

This is a comfortable apartment for a stay in Melbourne. Close to amenities, the tram is directly across the road. Offers secure carparking. Supermarket only 5 minutes walk. Quirky decorations and art in the apartment make it much less a bland hotel room to be a fun place to stay.
