Family-friendly vacation rentals in Highbury

We really enjoyed our time in London. The airbnb is located in a fine area, walkable and close to bus and tube stops. Any store or restaurant you may need is close by. The unit has 2 bedrooms and the bathroom is roomy and good. The kitchen allows you to prepare meals. There was a party next door and the neighbors were loud and obnoxious. But that's the nature of living close to each other. Thanks Reggie, your place worked out well for us.

Great area of London for restaurants and markets. Easy access to Tube at Algate East and other rail at Liverpool Station. Val’s place was homey and clean and lots of room. Kitchen really well equipped. Views of the skyline beautiful, especially at night. A wonderful place to stay in the eastern end of London.

Carol Anne and Kelly were great hosts, kind and helpful. The apartment was very nice, equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the subway and buses, the neighborhood is great. We had a great time, thaks a lot.

Debbie was a great host with a great place. We had some hiccups brought on by ourselves, and Debbie was immediately able to help and responded to our inquiries quickly and took great care of us. An above and beyond host. The stay was greatly placed right near kings cross station, making everything in London easily accessible. Great atmosphere surrounding the stay. Would stay again!

Simple but very practical apartment, with all the necessary equipment to spend a few days. You can tell that Yura is a very thoughtful person since there was nothing missing. The location of the apartment is exceptional, very well connected and a few minutes from downtown.

We had a great stay at Sophie and Sam’s place. We were two families traveling together and the house was both cozy and clean and spacious enough for people to have some space. We took public transportation all across the city, with buses right across the street and two tube stops within a 15-20 minute walk. We loved the Brownswood pub on the corner and the park across the street. Sophie shared details on neighborhood recommendations and was very proactive with communication. London is a big city so not everything is right around the corner, but we enjoyed being in a residential neighborhood with access to all the city has to offer.

Absolute lovely place in a quiet area of London. The flat is exactly as described and it has everything you need for a short or long stay. Totally recommended, would love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, cosy and exactly as described. The location was perfect – quiet, yet close to everything we needed. Janet was a wonderful host: friendly, helpful and easy to reach. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool after long days out. Amazing London flat! BEST check in (with John) we’ve ever had at Airbnbs- he is amazing & u will want him to stay & socialize after he aptly explains home features & mini instructions! Public transit is close & walkable from flat which is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore London!

Great London guides and maps available for use during our stay. We stayed 3 weeks and the place was cleaned every Wednesday. Paddington tube and railway station very close by. Take the canal boat trip from near the apartment to Camden Lock for a fun day. Good hot water and pressure in shower.

'Exactly what it says on the tin'. When my family of 3 generations (aged 5 - 95) 6 adults, 2 children arrived we felt that we already knew the property, so accurate were the descriptions and the photographs that Jubed has supplied. Communication since booking (a year in advance) has been excellent, friendly courteous and comprehensive. A wonderful 3 night stay. I would highly recommend this property. Quiet neighbourhood and yet easily accessible to Central London.

A lovely place to stay and a great host

Naj was very accommodating when the accommodation we had booked previously was cancelled on the day we were due to travel Naj was very responsive and allowed us to book and check in on the same day.

Julie,s place is great for a short break. It does have a lot of personal items in, which wasn’t an issue for us. A couple of the beds were doubles but not really suitable if you are a larger size person. Check in and out was easy. Overall would recommend

Paul and Angela's cottage was perfect for our short stay. The location is in a very quiet location yet within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit in Greenwich and near great transport links to Central London. The cottage itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As mentioned in other reviews there is a narrow spiral staircase as clearly shown in the pictures but our 6 year old managed this just fine and we were able to take our cases up. Paul and Angela answered any queries quickly and were kindly able to accommodate requests to leave luggage at the cottage pre/post check in/out times so we could make the most of our short stay. We would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect for seeing a concert at Shepherds Bush Empire. Great and cheap Indian across the road. Very accessible for central London.

A little gem of a place! Don't let the exterior fool you! It's homely, peaceful and just a home from home once you are through the door with a cuppa in hand and slumped on the sofa! I could of hapilt stayed for weeks! The flat is within walking distance to Battersea Park (5 minute walk) and Chelsea (15-20 minute walk) which was perfect for my solo trip to see Chelsea in bloom. There are some great free parking spots local to the flat which is great if you plan on coming by car! The area felt safe and welcoming and I had no issues walking to and from the flat even quite late at night. The bus stop is round the corner and takes you to all the great spots in central London! The highlights from my stay were being welcomed by a beautiful bottle of red wine, the amazing shower that I struggled to get out of as it was just so relaxing and the ambience of busy London in the background whilst I read my book next to the fire wrapped in a blanket! I will definitely be back!

Awesome space, convenient location, perfect host. Praveen made my stay wonderful, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Using the halloway train station you arrive to Londons main attractions in 15-20 mins which was nice. Very spacious apartment which is a plus considering how small most London hotels are.

Nice flat in a good location with great transport links into central London. Very clean and had everything we needed. Sue, Ralph and Jean all very friendly and quick to respond to any query. Brilliant to have access to the gardens and the swimming pool which was perfect for our children. Would definitely come back and would recommend to others. Thank you for a great week.

Quaint little house in a quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful outdoor garden space. Everything provided, including some food items in the well supplied kitchen.

Tara was very welcoming and made us feel instantly at home. The flat was well equipped with everything we needed. The flat was well located with easy transport links nearby. We would definitely stay here again!😄

Jodi’s home is a great place to stay. We were going to a wedding at Hackney Town Hall and could walk easily there and to the restaurant afterwards. It’s also beautifully located looking out at London Fields. The home was well provided for, we had everything we needed and so much more. We loved the decor, there was so much to see and read.
