Monthly Rentals in High Springs

The Springs House was perfect for us! It was comfortable, clean and exactly as described. We were in town for our daughter's college graduation at UF. It was about a 30 minute drive to campus, but easy and worked great for us. We spent a morning at Ginnie Springs which was awesome! It was very close too! We'd love to come back and spend more time exploring downtown High Springs and more of the numerous springs in the area! We would definitely stay at The Springs House again. Thank you for a great stay!

This was our 4th time staying with here for a reason. Always clean, near the springs, quiet safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds and Always love drinking coffee in the sunroom! We plan on being back again next year!

Sweetwater Studio is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. From the views of the horse training fields and the gorgeous landscapes, to the quiet, peaceful environment, this studio apartment couldn't be any nicer. I've stayed in many different places, and this is one of the nicest Airbnbs I have ever rented. The studio apartment is on the second floor of a two-apartment building on a large piece of land. The first-floor apartment is also lovely, with one bedroom, a living and kitchen area, and a spacious bathroom. It's very private and calm, and you feel like you're truly in the countryside. The hosts are wonderful, responsive, kind, and friendly. I couldn't have had a better experience!

Nice stay, the house was close to several Springs and downtown. Everything was as described, the house was nicely stocked, we had everything we needed.
