I stayed here for a month while working in Tokyo — I only needed to be most central a few days a week, so was happy to be based in a smaller, more local neighbourhood for the majority of my time. There's everything I needed locally, & Tachikawa was nearby for more hardcore shopping. The nearest train stations are quite a walk away, so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to commute far or want to be elsewhere most days. The flat itself is very well kept & furnished with nice gadgets to make daily life comfortable (e.g. electric blanket .. lifesaver). The host was kind, responsive & helpful — I knew that if I needed anything, she would help. I felt looked after & also had privacy. The internet worked well, the bathroom great. There was everything I needed to cook most meals in the kitchen. Supermarkets 10-15 mins walk away. Gym & library 15-20 mins away. I hope to return to Kunitachi next time I'm working in the city.

Private room for up to 2 people. Kumeikawa Station, 30 minutes to Shinjuku and Honkawagoe, and 10 minutes to Yasaka Station. There is a music bar in the basement

I really enjoyed my stay here. The space is simple but perfect for one person. Very nice neighbourhood with a decent sized supermarket directly opposite the apartment and a very large one just a 5 min walk away. Two train stations within 2-10 mins walking distance. Keep in mind it takes around an hour to reach most places in central Tokyo, but it's quite easy. The kitchenette is small but had the required items to cook some simple meals. I'm a remote worker - wifi was good, but lack of proper desk was a little challenging, just a coffee table with floor seat which is not very comfortable for long periods. but not an issue if you will be out most of the time. the bed just had a futon mattress but I stacked the second mattress from the pull out bed underneath to make it a little softer. host was very responsive and communicative, he even waited up until after midnight to check me in as I made my way from the airport which is much appreciated. overall a comfortable and good value stay!

3!Long-term stays OK "Spacious2DK"

Yoko is friendly, and the room is a bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room, toilet and bathroom, each isolated.Convenience stores (7-Eleven and Family Mart), supermarkets, pharmacies, and coin laundry were all within a 3-minute walk, which was very useful. It is convenient to get to anywhere because it stops at important places such as Seibu Line, Tamagawa Waterworks, Takadanobaba, and Shinjuku. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Japan very much.I was able to relax♨️ in the bathtub on a night when I was tired from sightseeing!Thank you very much.Highly recommended.

Simple and economical, but a room to rest in (Japanese-style room, no smoking, about 10.9 ㎡)

Very friendly host. A very charming couple with a baby. Well located for nearby Onsen, addresses communicated by Masa. Mount Fuji is an hour away, west of Tokyo, like this accommodation. Train transport is within walking distance (several possibilities). Nakano and after Shinjuku are about 20 and 30 minutes away and you're already in Tokyo. I stayed more than a week: I had a good stay in a traditional Japanese room, to finish my 3-month trip to Japan.
