Amazing hotel and spa! Perfect for my family and friends. Hotel had everything, food, massages, pools, and the temazcal ceremony was the highlight of our stay. Concierge was excellent and extra helpful with anything we needed. Always got a fast response from them. Will definitely comeback to this place when I’m visiting Teotihuacan. Thanks again!!!

The cabin is completely out of town, making it an excellent option to rest. The attention of Picaso and Marco was great, they helped us in everything we required. We'll definitely come back another time. It's worth mentioning that the dogs on the ranch made us a pleasant company at all times, and I look forward to taking care of them as it was going to have young, in the same way with the horses we got to know.

Everything was very nice, they welcomed us very kindly at the front desk and gave us the room before the check-in time we had scheduled.

Beautiful rooms, clean and quiet. Far enough from Jalpan, but close enough if you want to go out for dinner. Breakfast was delicious and the staff super friendly. Ana was very responsive and gave us good recommendations. We loved our stay.

Excellent treatment, flexibility in both check-in and check-out times, something that is not mentioned so much but that I thought was great, is that it is Petfriendly, they were extremely accessible when I requested that my pet accompany us for a few nights, very nice place

The spotless place, an excellent view of downtown. The service we received was perfect. It's definitely a place we'll go back to.

Super clean and priced super-cheap. I would have loved to have restaurant service, but everything was great, the attention when arriving and leaving was excellent, they even offered us the car service to take us to the bus terminal. My only "improvement" comment is that dark curtains would be fine, as all the daylight came in straight into the bed, but that may already be for personal taste. Totally recommended.

It was such a great experience. The location was great, and the room was very clean. The team was very attentive and nice.

The place is in a very close point to the center, it is very quiet and beautiful. Even though they have listings that do not accept pets and in the posting on Airbnb says that they accept pets, the manager indicated that there was no problem and let us host without problem. The price in relation to the service is well balanced.

Nice room: very clean with hot water. 20 minutes walking distance from the pyramids. Excellent host
