5 minute walk to the local bus stop and a 25/30 ride to Times Square. To have booked somewhere that close in New York City would have been 3x what we paid. It was nice to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city and back to somewhere peaceful but not too far out of the way. The view of New York from NJ was stunning. The apartment was just perfect for our stay. If you’re on a budget you can cook all your meals as all the kitchen equipment is supplied or you could nip to the local cafes. Washer & dryer made our lives so much easier as we didn’t have to over pack.

A super nice stay if you want to stay a little outside of NYC but want to be in town quickly. The neighborhood is cozy and there is plenty to do here. The apartment was spacious. It was a bit outdated but exactly as in the pictures. The bed slept great!

The place was perfect for my wife and I to take our 5mo old while we were visiting a friend in the area. It’s situated in a very nice neighborhood and her instructions how to reach the apartment were very easy to follow. Joanne was very communicative, from letting us know the space was clean and ready for us when we arrived all the way throughout checkout. We had no issues during our stay and actually elected to extend it by another night, which Joanne was very helpful in accommodating!

Carolann’s place was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay family and appreciate it. Modern touches place as well as parking on the premises would definitely stay again!

Nicole and Mike were great hosts. Very responsive and friendly. They live upstairs so we saw them outside, walking their dogs, etc. It felt like we were welcome guests in their home, even though we had a private entrance and they gave us plenty of privacy. The location is ideal - the aqueduct trail is behind the house, restaurants, shops and the train station are all about 1/4 mile away. And great views of the Hudson River and palisade cliffs. They also accommodated our dogs and were very thoughtful. Little touches like buying milk for us and leaving beer in the fridge were a welcome surprise We will be back!

We spent a few days on NYC and were very happy to be in Kakzuna‘s apartment. It was super close to a metro station, the neighborhood was cute and quiet, and Kakuna was very proactive. Absolutely no complaints :)

If you are looking for a comfortable place that doesn't charge huge prices for being in the City, this is a great place to stay.

We had a great time. The only thing that stood out was a plug in scent in the living room. It was somewhat overpowering but I unplugged it. After that it was fine.

Very nice place to stay. 10 mins max from highways and close to garden city mall. Great stay. Nice decor.

Second time staying at Lillian's property. Location is so convenient to town of Mamaroneck and Metro North trains. Lillian goes above and beyond. We noticed the tv was 1/2 in shadow after arrival. She delivered new tv the next day! In addition, sent flowers for the inconvenience which was totally unnecessary but a lovely surprise. Great place to stay when visiting and we enjoy the walkability of the location. Had Thanksgiving this year at Airbnb and discovered great supply of kitchenware and serve-ware in the kitchen. Location, price and Lillian's response are reasons we will keep going back to this property.

Everything was great about this Airbnb. It was exactly as advertised and had a homelike feel. It was clean, fully stocked, had great appliances, books to read, children’s games and toys, and a crib for infants. We spent a long weekend with our son’s and nieces’ families which included a 6 year old and a 5 month old. It felt like we were in our own home. It was the perfect space for our families to spend time together.

I absolutely adore this house!! So cute, so fun, so comfortable. The playroom was a hit with our six year old! The whole house was inviting and we felt right at home right away. It was all well stocked and very clean. My daughter was not ready to leave and wanted to stay an extra day! Great house. =)

An amazing stay! The house is very cute (even cuter than in the pics) and the host is really responsive. Beds and linen super comfy. The heat is a bit uneven but was to be expected as the house is older. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Great place , was very cleaned and matched description. had a parking space ready for me and the host was very friendly. would definitely book again, he was very accommodating and friendly. Helped me out a ton by even bringing us towels right away when we messaged him.

The apartement was spacoius, comfortable and clean. There was everything you need for a great stay - fully equipped kitchen, large table for dining, plenty of windows and light, dishwasher, washing maschine etc. We loved it. Only 10 minute by train to Manhattan, but quiet and nice neibourhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!!! It was perfect for our needs and we will definitely book again!!! I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience!!!

Our stay at Victors place was great! The bus stop was just around the corner and we were in town in less than 30 minutes. Victor was super helpful with check in which was a little challenging as the street parking is very full but victor made it easy. The place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Couldn’t have asked for more. This beautiful home is tastefully decorated and in pristine condition. It is centrally located within walking distance to wonderful restaurants, shops and the PATH to NYC. Laurie was there for every question we had with prompt replies and even touched base during our stay to see if there was anything she could do to make our stay even better. What more could you possibly need? She thought of everything. The home is spacious, well stocked and extremely comfortable. It’s a rare find to have 3 large bedrooms with 2 1/2 sparkling clean bathrooms. We look forward to returning this summer to be able to enjoy the quaint backyard!! You won’t go wrong choosing this home for your next trip to Hoboken.

I absolutely love this apartment and had a great experience communicating with Baris throughout my stay as needed. I am a former New Yorker with a love for the neighborhood and am always looking for a comfortable home base when visiting family in town. It was a perfect location for getting around- plenty of amenities near by and THE VIEW!!! A perfect spot for a single traveler who loves to gaze upon the skyline. 5 stars for sure.

Ariel and Josh's place was the perfect stay, in such an ideal location of Hoboken. The check-in/check-out was a breeze. The place had everything, in working order, and ultra-comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again!! 10/10. Thank you for such a great stay.
