What a great place, to stay at. I would recommend it to anybody visiting the area. Also the home is very pleasant to stay, very clean, lovely views from th living room, over the pond and the fields. Very quiet location for sleeping. The breakfast is very complete with fresly baked breads and croissants. And Cathie was so kind to let us pet her horses and goats. Thank you for a very nice stay, Cathie!

Such a nice, peaceful and cosy place! We stayed here to discover the Lauwersmeer with its variety of birds. It was lovely to start the day peaceful and end it cosy at Hans-Eriks place. Definitely would recommend! Would love to come back in a different season as well.

Thea is a super nice, friendly hostess. The front house, of the monumental farm, where we stayed was spacious, beautifully refurbished, authentic with beautiful views of meadows, the sheep and chickens, the front house offered sufficient privacy. The bed and furniture were fine and also in the garden spacious garden furniture was present. There was plenty of fresh linen. Zuidvelde is rural and offers plenty of opportunities for cycling or hiking. We visited Groningen and Assen, and the prison museum in Veenhuizen. We had a great time at Thea's, and would love to come back if the opportunity arises.

We had a lovely weekend in the residence of Sjoerdsje and Lennard! Top location! Clean, tidy and practically furnished. We didn't lack anything! Communication was also smooth and they were very friendly. We will definitely come back!

We spent 4 nights at this place, and absolutely loved it! The location is in the country along a canal. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. What a gem! I highly recommended this place to others!

We felt super comfortable in Hil's apartment. It is located in a quiet, beautiful side street, 10 minutes' walk from the city center. The apartment is lovingly decorated, the kitchen super functional, the beds comfortable. The garden is the cherry on top! The communication with Hil went perfectly! What a fantastic location. We loved everything about it, it was a great start to our holiday. We enjoyed swimming, cycling, boating. The apartment is exactly as described & we loved it. Petra & Rein were wonderful hosts & nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed at the accommodation for the second time and we were very happy again. Leidere had to take Hendrik the four bikes out of the service offer of the house, but two of the bikes still worked well, so we were able to do the first errands on the day of arrival. We used for the first time for the bedding "linen rental screenmonnikoog". That worked out great. All in all, a beautiful week in a beautiful house.

my husband, two sons, and partners stayed. Lots of room, a beautiful home ,one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed in, a home from home. Very relaxing, we were sad to leave but will return.

We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything you need is available, kitchen super equipped. Plenty of blankets and pillows . Quite cozy couch. Stefan is a very good host.

We were absolutely satisfied A clean, beautiful house. Small gifts for all guests (including dogs) at check-in. Completely satisfied. For culinary friends, however, there is only a manageable range of restaurants within walking distance. But otherwise completely satisfied.

Stay is in a good location to the city center of Leeuwarden. Museums, restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Well cared for stay. Good communication. Nice detail: the photo wall with what the street used to look like. Tip: the Miniature People hiking trail!

I recently stayed at Angelina’s condominium in Groningen and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—right in front of a bus stop and situated in a clean and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals during my stay. There’s a nice dining area and a cozy living room, but what I loved most was the charming loft bedroom. Every morning, I enjoyed a cup of coffee with breakfast, a peaceful routine that made my stay even more enjoyable. The only challenge was the room temperature, which felt a bit chilly for someone like me who’s used to tropical weather. However, it was part of the unique experience and didn’t take away from the comfort of the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Groningen.

Had a great stay! Great location within walking distance of central Groningen. Very clean and cosy. Loved the little patio. We hope we can come back soon.

Julian is a responsive host. His apartment offers a quiet, natural light-filled home with a very comfortable bed in a modern well-appointed space. It was very clean upon arrival and the washer/dryer was great to have since we had been traveling already 10 days. Julian was very agreeable in getting the key to our daughter who lives in the town since we were arriving very late. What we wish we had known/understood: the apartment is up three flights of a tight spiral staircase; while not cluttered at all it’s clear that it’s the owners living space (e.g. no ability to use closet because personal items were there) and food items were in the fridge and cabinets. Again, not cluttered, but it just surprised us. The listing notes that there’s a private office area (& shows photos) however that was marked private with a closed door and full of the owner’s items. The apartment was very convenient to our daughter’s apt and Julian was very flexible; we would love to stay again!

Our stay at Christel's was perfect! The house is welcoming, clean, comfortable, spacious. The bed is really comfortable! After a good day of sightseeing, it's very pleasant to return to this quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature. You can easily reach the city center by car in less than 10 minutes. Christel is an attentive host. We'll be happy to go back!

Petra's apartment is very nicely decorated and beautifully located in the north of Groningen. It's very quiet and it's only a 20-minute walk to the city center, there's also a bus. I would definitely go back.
