Our friends weekend with 9 people was a great success thanks to the nice airbnb! Flexible hosts, customizable time for check out and tidy beds have made the stay even more pleasant. The three of us stayed in Esther's apartment for a week and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is very tastefully decorated. Everything - dishes, etc., are available in sufficient quantity and quality. There's really nothing missing. For the first day and breakfast the fridge was stocked! We were welcomed with chilled sparkling wine. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen-living room, which is the center of the apartment. The apartment is located in the old town of Appingedam, a very nice place and a good starting point for trips to Groningen or Leeuwarden. Highly recommend both. We highly recommend this property and Esther as a landlady.

It's a beautiful and nicely decorated stay, everything is quite new. Beautiful surroundings and wonderfully quiet, easy to find and self check-in is completely convenient. Very helpful and kind people. If I have to go to the UMCG Groningen again and have to stay somewhere, then we will definitely come back.

Very cosy and atmospheric camping! We got a full tour of the camping upon arrival. The showers are big and clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Remote enough to be peaceful. Close enough to access everything we needed. Plenty of room, careful attention to detail, a lot of unexpected bonuses like food, wine, spa elements, etc. Very comfortable and easy. Ina was very gracious and we had no issues.

Very neat accommodation, modernly furnished, cozy and equipped with every comfort. Very good mattresses. Communication with host went smoothly. I would recommend this accommodation!

I stayed with Gerard for the second time. Gerard lives next door and is easy to reach for you, yet you have absolutely your privacy. If you are looking for a break in the rural Netherlands, this is exactly what you are looking for. The listing is also perfect with the dog as Gerard is very dog friendly. The area is great for long gas laps. Then head to the warm jacuzzi. Wasn't the last time there....
