Dear Werner! We just felt at home! The highlight for us was the terrace, which you can access directly from the living area through a large sliding door - it is baby-proof, quiet and invites you to linger in the evening at sunset. With two or three furniture rearrangements, the apartment was also baby-proof! In addition, you will find simply EVERYTHING in the apartment - spices, blender, microwave and above all coffee tabs and white coffee (I had to - although I arrived Sunday night - not go to work without coffee) Thank you!! Parking is available right in front of the apartment outside core working hours. Local (Toffino, Livres…) and local suppliers (Edeka) are just around the corner! Werner prepared the self check-in well, everything worked out without any problems. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the check-out because I was wrong about the time - Werner was very accommodating - just great! Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

A very clean and quiet home with very nice hosts! We stayed there for a weekend because we were invited to a wedding in Gelsenkirchen, which is why the location was great for us. The apartment was very cozy, coffee and something sweet were just as available as cool drinks (for 1 each). We felt very comfortable and can therefore recommend the accommodation without hesitation!

We had a great stay, the arrival was very relaxed and also the arrival with dogs was no problem. Everything was very straightforward.

Particularly noteworthy is the folder, where you can find tips and information about the area, as well as the super cleanliness. If you have any questions, hosts were available at any time. The stay in Sabine's apartment was excellent, the apartment is impeccable, close to the bus stop and with easy access to the center of Oberhausen. Check-in was extremely easy, we arrived in the evening and it was easy to find. Everything was clean and well organized. I definitely recommend it. Thank you, Sabine and Klaus.

A wonderful 5-day dream stay in a perfect, modern and in every respect very high-quality furnished apartment! Current sightseeing documents, drinks in the refrigerator, tea and coffee supplies, etc., evenings in the sun on the terrace in the beautifully maintained flowering garden, plus discreet but comprehensive support in the background with help around the clock. With these amenities and the absolutely quiet location, you almost had to force yourself to complete the planned sightseeing program. For an older couple like us, not without demands, staying at Regine's was a great gift that set standards! 5 stars is too little!!

Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.

Very quiet, comfortable stay. We had everything we needed in the place and it was walkable to the Old town and places we needed to go. Comfy bed and a nice balcony area.

We arrived late and were able to enter the apartment immediately thanks to the key box. We felt very comfortable during the stay, the apartment is very nice and there was everything we needed. Paul's mother is very friendly and helpful, immediately asked if we needed anything else or wanted tips for restaurants or activities. We were able to reach out to them at any time.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and nicely decorated - you noticed that someone made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
