Very nice apartment close to the zoo and Kerkrade, easy for family walks

Fantastically nice accommodation that even surpassed the description. We enjoyed our stay very much and also like Aachen with surroundings. There's plenty to do for everyone!

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Beds were just right, bathroom was roomy and the shower was nice and big. The kitchen was well-equipped, even with coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, oil - all the little things you hate to buy for a short stay. The balcony would be great in the summer. Despite the central location, the room was very quiet. Petra was extremely responsive - when we asked in advance for extra pillows, she asked "How many?". She let us stay a little late since our train out left late in the morning.

Very nice accommodation, bright and very clean. The owner was always responsive to requests. The neighborhood is quiet, green and pleasant. However, there was an error in the listing regarding the number of bedrooms and beds (three beds and not four). Finally, the sofa bed is not very comfortable. Apart from these points, our stay was very pleasant!

This apartment is very pleasant and in a very convenient location to the center plaza/market. The kitchen is very well equipped, except maybe for no toaster, that I found. The whole place has a modern and comfortable feel and the small outdoor space is definitely a big plus, as I thoroughly enjoy some fresh air to chill in. I was a little concerned about the bedroom being up front by the street, but there didn't seem to be much traffic, so it was not a problem for me. Parking is a bit challenging, but it's possible to park for free between 6pm and 9am, for a fee other times or for free all the time at a lot that's about a 10 minute walk away. Bathroom is also a nice space, I only wish I had had time to use the tub - guess I'll have to come back! :))

Nice place, very quiet. Several flights of stairs for those with limited mobility.

If you want to spend pleasant days in a quiet neighborhood with the sounds of birds, I definitely recommend it. I really enjoyed my time here :)

Beautiful, charming, comfortable, clean, well equipped home. Abundance of cooking supplies, linens/towels, etc. Toys for children were also very much enjoyed! Local butcher shop and bakery were delightful. Large grocery shop 10-15 mins away, easy trip. Sebastian was extremely helpful and communicative, we had many questions leading up to and throughout our long journey from home. We appreciated his kindness and hospitality, and hope to return to this peaceful place one day. Thank you!

Enjoyed the beautiful house which was very nicely decorated . Everything neat and clean and very complete kitchen and very nice with the warm days that we were there that there was an air conditioning. Very nice shower and also very nice that there are a lot of games and reading material. Even some strong drinks to freely use/taste. One recommendation and one we will be happy to come back to!

Would highly recommend! Had a lovely stay - the home is beautiful and spacious and the garden is lovely, green and peaceful, in very nice surroundings. An excellent getaway and the hosts were very responsive and friendly :)

An ideal accommodation for family reunions. There are many rooms and many beds for all kinds of family constellations. It is worth considering in advance which room might be suitable for whom. We particularly liked that there are large tables and plenty of cutlery and at the same time many different corners where you can stay in the house.

Clemence’s place captures the best of what Airbnb can offer. The location is ideal—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature, with hiking trails right outside the door. It’s also conveniently close to several villages for groceries and other essentials. The space itself is beautifully designed—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s not large, but it never feels cramped thanks to smart use of space, including ample counter space in both the kitchen and bathroom. Clemence is a fantastic host: responsive, friendly, and respectful of your privacy. He went above and beyond, bringing us fresh strawberries and local beer, and offering great recommendations in the area. Easily one of our favorite Airbnb stays—highly recommended.

The accommodation Anja offers is in a very quiet area. It's an apartment that's very clean, tidy and makes you feel right at home. It has the necessary kitchen utensils for breakfast, dinner, etc. and a Lidl 1.5 km from the house. When I return to the area, I will stay at Anja's house again, that's for sure.

Absolutely amazing stay!The house was beautiful, new and clean, and had everything we needed.The kitchen and bathroom, all the supplies are clean and tidy, and it's really comfortable to live in.The location is not far from the bus station, train station, supermarket, about five to seven minutes walk.The balcony is large, you can dine and rest outdoors, enjoy the view.Host Norbert responded kindly and quickly, Christel doesn't speak English, but is very friendly and helpful.There is no washing machine in the house, you can ask Christel to help you wash (extra charge).I'm so happy to have a great time at Norbert's house, highly recommended👍👍👍 (and the price is very affordable! We had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The furniture was clean, in good condition, and sufficient for our needs. The house was well-equipped, with everything we needed readily available. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the private parking was a great convenience. The view from the property was lovely, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy. The sofa bed was good for sitting, but for sleeping, it wasn’t very comfortable—it made noise and wasn’t in the best shape. The bedroom, however, was comfortable and well-suited for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a nice place with plenty of positive aspects.

I felt very comfortable with Andreas: the apartment was super equipped, beautifully decorated and located in a nice area right next to a park. You could reach the city center both by bus and on foot, so you were well connected. Above all, the communication with Andreas was very nice, he was quickly accessible, very helpful and kindly also very flexible regarding the length of stay, so I could even stay a few days longer. Overall it was a nice place to stay for my time in Aachen!
