A really nice place to stay as quiet , comfortable well appointed and spacious enough for 4 adults for a short stay . Great location in lovely leafy side street with easy walking for dinner out and quite private

Really good price for the place. I was only there one night and did not get much of a chance to really appreciate the place. I think there are a lot of walkable food places and was even a Noel Leeming I could get to when I realised I forgot my charger cable. The hosts were polite and friendly.

Tania went out of her way to help us during our stay and ensured we had everything we needed. The accommodation was fantastic for a long weekend. Very clean and tidy, comfortable bed, good size kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal and plenty of space to relax. Lovely views from the property. Tania has thought of everything her guests may need during a stay and as such, the accommodation feels just like home.

It’s a great residential neighbourhood. It’s an easy walk to Bayswater ferry terminal which is a 10 min run into CBD or for more frequent ferries a 10 min drive to Devonport. There s nice beaches, Takapuna and Narrow Neck being within easy 5-10 mins. It’s nice to over look the bay and watch the few kite surfers. The house is very comfortable with high quality fixtures and fittings and very comfortable beds and linen. Only slight let down was the outdoor furniture-only 2 seats for a house that sleeps 8. Didn’t really impact us as the weather was not really hot enough to sit outside yet

Exactly as pictured and described. Paula was a great host and offered lots of great recommendations. Easy to get to the Harbour and downtown areas. We had a party of 5 and it was very comfortable with us all there. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Andrew & Michaela's place on the North Shore. It's located in a quiet area with gorgeous views we loved waking up to everyday. The hosts were also very responsive during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a nice, clean, and peaceful place to relax, this is it.

Phantastic location in the heart of Auckland, close to everything - shopping, culture, food, harbor. At the same time very quiet. Wonderful bed and sheets, we slept very well. The appartment has everything, very tastefully furnished and well equipped.

Dean and Margaret were so lovely and made me feel right at home! Their place has a gorgeous ocean view, and although slightly tricky to locate right off the street, their instructions were perfect. The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet, being not too far from local cafes and shops. They also made the effort to ensure you had everything you needed to be able to access the area around them easily! Thank you Margaret and Dean for having me!

Great balcony view on day and night. Convenient location with bus, cafe and restaurants after you go over the slope. Supermarket nearby. Good cleaning, with breakfast and fast response by hosts. With elevator. High recommendation to stay there.

My parents stayed here for the 2nd time while visiting us. The location is great and the place is clean and tidy.

Jon's apartment was exactly as described and Jon himself so helpful and friendly. Being over three floors allowed myself and my three adult children the space we needed with personal spaces for everyone. The location is great, right across the road from Victoria Park. The city skyline was outstanding with Sky Tower right before of our eyes. We were in Auckland for the Cold Play concert and Sky Tower would continously change colour in the evening. It was really something to see. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

Amanda is a very responsible hostess, also very kind. When we told her that we had 13 hours nightly from US and arrive to Auckland extremely early she changed checking in schedule and meet us earlier so we can have some rest to start our journey. We are very grateful.

Such a great home! Location for us was great and literally down the street was the entrance to the beach! Going up the stairs upon arrival there was an unpleasant odor but it went away later on after opening the windows; however, there was also a pleasant scent in the kitchen! Kitchen area was great and there was some items for us to use (coffee) and machine was great! Many appliances to use and rooms were big to share. I would definitely stay again and recommend this location to anyone!

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

This place was in an amazing location with a beautiful view of the city and hills in the distance. Fiona had provided thorough instructions which made everything really easy. The condition and state of the property was pristine.
