My place is a guest suite (studio space attached to house with its bathroom but limited food prep facilities) in a trendy and safe city fringe historic neighbourhood close to public bus stop to the CBD. Kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave provided but no kitchen, no sink or stove. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood and waterfront location, the privacy and free on street parking. Suits couples or single travellers. It can also accomodate a baby/child in a portacot.

One block away is Salisbury Reserve with kiddies playground. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.
