My place is a guest suite (studio space attached to house with its bathroom but limited food prep facilities) in a trendy and safe city fringe historic neighbourhood close to public bus stop to the CBD. Kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave provided but no kitchen, no sink or stove. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood and waterfront location, the privacy for guests and free on street parking. Suits couples or single travellers. It can also accomodate a baby/child. Not for 3 adults.

This small self-contained studio is situated in the back garden of our house and is accessed via its own private entrance. Please note there are a few stairs so no wheelchair access. It is fully equipped with its own bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and deck. It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Located in Grey Lynn, which is one of Auckland's very popular inner-city suburbs. We are close to public transport and only 10-15 minutes from the city centre and Ponsonby.
