This place is amazing. It’s in a newly developed neighborhood about 5 min drive to Jaco. I stayed here for 5 weeks and I didn’t have a car Ubers were cheap and uber eats deliver to the house. The property was very private with walls and plants surrounding it. There’s beautiful trees and plants. Lots of birds around, saw scarlet macaws everyday. The host was amazing very helpful with everything. Place is very clean and felt at home. Very good option for short or long stays. Had all the amenities I needed. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Our family of four had a great weekend at Andrea's place. The view from the 17th Floor was amazing. We had three great sunsets. From the balcony we could watch the scarlet macaws soaring from the mountains down to the beach. The Playa Esmeralda beach club was about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It has direct beach access to Playa Manta. Our kids played all day on the beach and in the pools. We highly recommend and would return again.

Had a great weekend at the Condo La Paloma blanco. I have used these condos a few times before. Each time it gets better. We took a long weekend from San Jose to spend a weekend at the Beach. The location of this Property is perfect. It's a little drive from Downtown Jaco, but close enough to grab dinner or hit the store to cook at home. The beach is right across a little access road, so it's so easy to enjoy the beach anytime you want. If you are looking for a comfortable 3 bedroom 3 bath Condo. This is the place!!!

This place was a little piece of heaven. The location, the amenities, the attention to detail, the TACOS - impeccable. Best side of Jaco Beach and Gracias Madre is right on it, just walk out the gate and there you are. Yet because the apartments are recessed a bit, the rooms felt private and secluded. The little pool is lovely, as are the design-forward references to dia de los muertos that permeate the decor. The apartment is one I'd live in (and I really wish I could have stayed longer), had absolutely everything you'd need and want, including complementary little items like chocolate covered dried banana in the cupboard, sunscreen and beach mats by the door, usb chargers and Bluetooth speakers on the bedside tables. The appliances are all top notch as are the cookware and glassware. The A/C from the mini split was reliably refreshing and the bed was perfect. But maybe the best part was the TACOS served at the attached restaurant - ate three different kinds and loved them all.

5 Star experience all the way. Great location, beautiful pool and landscaping, with lovely little restaurants nearby and walkable to Jaco Beach. Diana was a wonderful host and incredibly helpful with local tips and ideas. I will definitely be back.

5 stars – Perfect Location and Unforgettable Stay! Casa Del Mar was absolutely perfect for our trip to Costa Rica! The location couldn’t have been better — it was a great home base for exploring all the nearby attractions. We were just a short drive from Manuel Antonio National Park, and had an amazing time zip lining at Titi Canopy Tour. Right across the street is a convenient plaza with plenty of delicious food options — we ended up trying something new every night and loved everything. But honestly, the best part was how close we were to the beach and the pool — just a short walk and you’re soaking up the sun or taking a dip. It was relaxing, beautiful, and easy. I’ll definitely be booking Casa Del Mar again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Roger kept us up to date on everything with very clear instructions. Super clean house, a/c worked well, plenty of space for our dog and the early/late checkout was wonderful! Great stay! Very quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night sleep. Thank you!

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time at Bonita’s place. The place is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The air conditioners are all working well. The condominium is well maintained. There is a beach at the end of the road, takes about 15 -20 mins to walk there.

El apartamento ubicado en el 5 piso tiene una vista al océano magnífica. El mismo tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. Entre lo posible volveremos y lo recomiendo a otros usuarios.

Primero que todo felicitar a Mary por la excelente atención y trato respetuoso que nos brindó en todo momento, el lugar es realmente hermoso y cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. El acceso a la playa es de 5 minutos caminado, solo cruzar una calle y estás disfrutando de los mejores atardeceres. El lugar es impecable y está provisto con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera. Sin duda volveríamos a visitarlo!!

Everything about the place was good, my only minor complaints would be a) you must wear a bracelet the entire time you are staying and b) there was not any tableware, not even a spoon to stir coffee. Otherwise everything was as expected.

I had a great time staying at David’s place! It’s in a very nice complex with a big pool and great views. The beach is walking distance with plenty of stores, restaurants, and shops nearby. I would definitely stay here again!
