Beautiful accommodation, super quiet and private, you can enjoy the tranquility of the area, impeccable cleanliness and very well equipped, I would definitely stay again.

First we were received with some chocolates! I loved it. The apartment was great—clean and neat, with only what we needed. It was the perfect place to stay, near the beach and ideal for relaxation. The space was well-organized and spacious enough to feel comfortable inside the apartment. The mattresses were great for a good night's rest, and each room had individual temperature control. The view from every room was fantastic, and the sound of the sea could be heard from the balcony. At sunrise, the view of the entire bay, combined with the sound of birds, was enchanting. From the balcony, it was easy to appreciate when the conditions were good for surfing. The apartment was located in a private area, and the shared property was well maintained. The beach was just a short walk from the property, and the commercial area—with great restaurants—was also nearby. This is a fantastic choice for a stay.

Great place to stay in Jacó close to the Main Street and beach. The rooftop area has a beautiful view of the beach and surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay here, highly recommended!

Wonderful place! I plan on staying here again in the future. My only wish would be the family room had AC too because when there's no wind or it's raining it's very warm inside and the only place to cool off is the bedrooms. Honesty though the upstairs bedroom is so large that you could hang out up there.

The stay for 2 nights at Laura's house was great as I was looking for a quiet place of easy access and close to commercial establishments the place was the same as it looked in the photos and instructions very well explained in addition near the beach . So I recommend this place

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the small pool—it was perfect for relaxing—and having a washer and dryer made things so convenient during our trip. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Costa Rica was absolutely wonderful. The house was beautiful and perfectly located. We loved everything about it! The host was very friendly and accommodating. Waking up to the sound of birds every morning was incredible, and we saw scarlet macaws and iguanas daily. Overall, it was a perfect experience!

Our stay at Villa Momento was absolutely amazing!! From initially booking to arriving and throughout our stay, the host was extremely responsive and helpful. We came with our toddler and infant and needed an extra pack and play which they graciously provided at no extra cost. The house is extremely well kept and well finished. The house looks exactly like all of the pictures. The beach and the beach club/pool are only a 2 minute walk and the beach club restaurant, yo-yo’s, is phenomenal. Cooking at home was also easy and very enjoyable because of the nice kitchen. We had a great time playing in the pool at the house and also at the beach club pool as well as walking along the beach in the mornings and evenings. I would highly recommend this house to any of my family or friends. If you plan to surf, but don’t have a board there is also a small board rental shop at the beach club with adequate boards. Five stars and highly recommended!!

This property is absolutely gorgeous! It was perfect for a family getaway. The beach is beautiful. Wonderful walks on the beach and a few good days of surf. The recommendations provided were spot on. We indulged with a private chef one night, which I highly recommend. A very quiet area that was also close enough to drive to great restaurants and shopping in Jaco. The pool was such a fun place to hang out with the sounds of waves crashing all day. The top deck made for a beautiful place to have coffee in the morning and watch the surf. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back.

Our family stayed for ten nights as a home base to explore the Pacific side of Costa Rica. The pool was fantastic! I especially enjoyed the bottom pool that doubles as hot tub (when my kids weren't in the upper half splashing the cold water into it). The pool is very large with lots of space for splashing, and there is so much wildlife and bird-watching off of the amazing porch and decks. We were mesmerized by the scarlet macaws that flew by and sometimes roosted nearby. Being in the mountains, you are literally in the clouds. It was other-worldly when they rolled in most afternoons. So cool! Indoors: we utilized the kitchen quite frequently, making dinner every night. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking. The living area was very comfortable and great for watching TV together in the evening. Bathrooms and bedrooms were well-appointed with what we needed, and the washer/dryer was great to have, as we are light packers and did get muddy some days. Overall a wonderful stay!

this place is perfect for family or groups. the area is surrounded by beautiful landscapes close to everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. Highly recommend

Rosalia and Morten are amazing hosts and the most attentive hosts I have ever experienced. The high attention to detail and care that they have to provide a positive experience is evident. There is nothing they have not thought of to accommodate any needs a digital nomad may have (and if you need anything just ask! they're so helpful). One of the many things I enjoyed was having the farmer come right to the property for fresh local fruits and vegetables. I did most of my shopping between the farmer and the market in Jaco. The property and accommodation is super for anyone looking to travel and work remotely. Having a car rental is not required at this location but recommended if you want to explore more of the surrounding area. You can easily get an uber into Jaco if you don't have one or you can also enjoy one of the many bikes to explore the many restaurants in the town.

I was driving south and needed a place to stay last minute and Josep responded within 1 minute with my question which was great. We were traveling with two cars and there was no issue with parking. I think the listing says 1 car space available but there was room for two which was what we needed. Thank you.

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

First and foremost, Damien was/is an AMAZING host and without a doubt great when it comes to communicating. Our family never had to guess about anything. Any question/issue that arose was immediately addressed. Upon arrival, we felt right at home. Snacks and drinks were available (small fee attached) and we had a lovely view of the beautiful pool. We instantly went into relaxation mode. We should add that there is bit of a travel from the San Jose airport but Damien arranged for both arrival and departure. Quite the concierge! We highly recommend booking Damien’s place. If you are seeking to relax, you will be sure enjoy your stay!

We appreciate the weekend stay at the Jaco Bay and Don Ricardo Condominium, as we felt at home. A very nice, safe, quiet, organized, accessible and centrally located place. I recommend it for your vacation, we have no complaints.
