Immerso nel verde saranno gli uccellini a svegliarti e la prima colazione sul magnifico terrazzo sarà il vostro primo grande piacere della giornata! Si può scendere a Sistiana mare a piedi (12-15 minuti) senza spostare l'auto. Il centro abitato è a 1km.; un grande supermercato è anche molto vicino. L'inizio del magnifico sentiero Rilke, con vedute spettacolari sul nostro Golfo, è a 3' a piedi e vi conduce allo splendido Castello di Duino.

START JUNE 2019! Design apartment of about 60 mq2 on the top floor of the Europa Residence with direct sea view and private beach. Consists of a open space living room/equipped kitchen which opens onto a terrace where you can listen to the sound of the waves and admire beautiful sunsets, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The beach can be reached directly by lift on the floor. Also, there are other beaches nearby and in short driving you arrive in the magic city of Trieste.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

La casa, completamente ristrutturata nel 2018, si propone come un alloggio speciale per giovani coppie, famiglie con figli . L'alloggio, situato tra il mare ed il Carso, offre non solo momenti di divertimento e relax al mare (situato a 5 minuti di auto e 25 minuti a piedi in discesa e 40 in salita), ma pure la possibilità di compiere lunghe passeggiate, gite in bici e, naturalmente, di visitare tante attrazioni turistiche. Per spostarsi si consiglia di essere automuniti.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
