brand new and sparkling clean apartment with loving furnishings and old-build charm. Particularly positive is also the beautiful view of the surroundings as well as the small integrated dishwasher. The landlady welcomed me warmly and otherwise the entire stay went smoothly and pleasantly.

Bernie's apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, so no traffic noise can be heard. The apartment is clean! There is everything you need: a large, well-equipped kitchen, in the large bathroom you have enough space and it was very pleasant for us that we could spread over three bedrooms and our children could each sleep in single beds. For us, it seems to be a perfect starting point to take hikes in the Spessart and excursions to the Rhine-Main area. We will be happy to come back!

I booked a long-stay at Stephan's place (more than a month) and it has been perfect for my needs. The apartment is a one-room apartment with everything that one may need for a long stay for leisure or temporary work. The kitchen corner is small but well equipped for simple cooking and the bathroom is very clean with a nice shower. There's good internet connection and a desk for working; enough storage space and a sofa with TV with on demand channels for downtime. The location is very convenient for the bus stop, train station and also for a leisure walking to the city centre. Stephan has been a great host, very responsive and accommodating to my requests, even when I had to shorten my booking last minute for personal reasons. He went as far as adding my name tag to the postbox outside, so I could receive post during my stay. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and with Stephan, and I would highly recommend the place for one person.

I recommend to everyone, very responsive host, there was no iron in the apartment , we asked , the host explained that the iron was broken, but at our request at 21:00 he brought an iron, very grateful for it. The apartment is very clean, the location is super.

Great apartment, with everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped, living room and bedroom very spacious. However, the apartment is in the basement, that's why there is relatively little sunlight in the rooms. We were very satisfied with that and would come back anytime! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Michael's place. It is a beautifull and cozy home with everything you need for cooking, playing board games and relaxing in the garden. The area is perfect for hiking. Cheers from six friends who would love to come back again.

Very nice and lovely house, quiet, clean and well furnished. Victoria park at front, S4 end stop 5 mins by walking ,very convenient to messe, only 17 mins by S4. All good. Stafan is very friendly and quick in response, very helpful. Strongly recommend, if we will come to Frankfurt again, we will definitely book again. Thanks Stafan.

We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Thomas and Martina were excellent hosts and available if anything came up. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I recommend this to anyone staying in the Zell/Briedel area!

We were with our dog for an extended weekend trip over the birthday of my better half in Jessica's place. The place was as described. Very nicely located in the first row on the Moselle in Burgen. Only the road separated us from the Moselle bank with its meadows. A pedestrian crossing was right outside the door. Because we were there in the off-season, unfortunately not much was open in the village, which we were also aware of before booking. The highlight for us was the balcony with direct views of Bischofstein Castle Breakfast with a view was just great. Also the weather was perfect for us. We only stayed at the guesthouse for one night (unfortunately), but were completely thrilled! Great communication, modern and sparkling clean space and lots of small, lovely touches. In addition, we had booked a wine tasting and visited the Winebank. It was both very worthwhile!

The value for money is very good, the environment is also good, it is also 30-40 minutes on weekends to go to the city in Frankfurt on weekdays is very time-consuming because of the traffic jam, we went to Messe Frankfurt on Monday, it was unbelievable!Everything else was good and responsive. A small but cozy and clean cottage in the middle of a quiet village. We felt very comfortable and have enjoyed the tranquility. Really everything was present in the house! That was really great! Especially for a family. We did a lot and it was never too far away. Recommended!

We were allowed to spend 1 week in the old garage and can only report positively. The apartment had everything you needed, all kitchen utensils were available and even the outlet covers for children were thought of. We found the large floor-to-ceiling window front to be the most beautiful, so everything looks even more open and bright. Many thanks to Lukas and his family for this successful stay.

It’s beautiful and comfortable that we stayed here second time already. Easy to get from Hauptbahnhof by bus no M46 and bus stop right in front of the apartment. Walk to Messe 20 min. Communication with Mathias is easy and fast. I recommend this place.

I can only recommend the place. From the first minute I felt at home. Alex was extremely friendly and helpful. The place itself was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is also perfect - quiet, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. 5 minutes by bus from the stop to the train station. Then 15 minutes by S-Bahn in Frankfurt. I had a pleasant time at the property and look forward to the next visit! Thank you very much Alex!
