It went very well. We are very satisfied. The panoramic view is pleasant, Jêrome is welcoming and responsive, the apartment is close to everything. I would recommend it.

Very nice apartment! Difficult to access by car because the alleys are very narrow, but these small alleys also make the charm of the neighborhood. Maybe provide air conditioning, because with the hot weather, we had 32 ° C in the apartment (at night🥵)

Very spacious loft, neat decoration, very pleasant patio, and long live the air conditioning😁... even better than in the photos! There were 4 of us and really comfortable in this great space. Towels, sheets, soap etc ...provided with in addition an umbrella available for the beach. Location in the city center but no noise in the loft. Bakery/pastry shop at the foot of the building that I highly recommend, same for the Méli-mélo pizzeria next door. The market halls are at the end of the street and the canal with all bus stops idem. We parked the car in Les Halles parking all week without needing to use it. Perfect holidays! We'll be happy to go back. Finally, thank you Frédéric for your warm welcome, for preparing the loft earlier so that we can settle in quickly, and for your delicious homemade jam that delighted our breakfasts. Lucien was a fantastic host and very patient with our limited French language. The accommodation had lots of character and super peaceful. The olive oil is particularly delicious 😋

A very nice and well-kept apartment, equipped with everything described. The apartment has a direct sea view from the balcony. There is also a (free) underground parking, which is very convenient if you arrive by car. The property is close to the port, numerous restaurants are within walking distance. Pierre and Genevieve were always available and very friendly in contact and always eager to respond to requests and questions. We had nothing to complain about. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday! :)

A super stylish, spacious apartment just off the middle of Pezenas - and with complete privacy too. We loved spending family time on the roof top terrace with its BBQ and views, swimming in the private pool and relaxing on the giant couch and swing seat in the lounge. The off street parking below was really useful and the superbly equipped kitchen made this place our favourite restaurant in town.. Thanks for the great local tips and warm welcome Lydie!

Really nice place, very clean, modern, perfectly equipped, bright and tastefully decorated. It is located in the heart of the city with all the necessary shops, restaurants and activities nearby and yet it remains quiet. We spent a few peaceful and refreshing days in this beautiful environment. We didn't want to leave at all... A huge thank you to Stéphanie.

This was a trip of a lifetime for my Dad & I to visit my son in Montpellier France for 2 weeks. This location is the best for easy access to everything you need, food, shopping, entertainment, transportation & people watching. Her place was the cherry on top!!! We saw the olympic torch come through the square from our personal balcony. The elevator to the 3rd floor was so helpful for our bad knees. The air conditioning was much appreciated!!! We enjoyed the views in the evenings, & the space inside was spacious & great to relax after being out all day exploring the Mediterranean Sea, the Vineyards, the City Square shopping, the Michelin Star Dining for my birthday. Like I said, without her place being so special, this trip would have been much different. It was a perfect fit for us and our needs. I highly recommend you book your visit too. August 2024

The stay was great the accommodation accessible the accommodation even more beautiful in real life. It was easy to find the listing, the instructions were clear. The decoration is great and then there are also all the useful objects like Netflix, dishwasher, oven, microwave, speakers etc.

Listing matches the photo, spacious, bright, and remarkably hygienic. In addition, its location is in my opinion perfect, because the property is located in a private establishment, guaranteeing security and a quiet and pleasant environment. Finally, its proximity to the Montpellier Saint-roch train station, allows you to get around simply and have access to various activities in the surrounding area.

Despite my arrival much later than expected (more than 4 hours late due to transport problems), Benoist took the time to welcome me, to settle in this atypical and welcoming accommodation... The next day, he made sure I had a good night, found everything I needed in the accommodation and for my professional mini stay in Montpellier (public transport, trips, restaurants, etc.), but also took the time to get to know each other and get comfortable in this city that I was discovering for the first time.

Lovely apartment with proper facilities, especially the adorable kitchen. My husband and I visited Montpellier for the first time and Johan's house had everything that we needed. Strategic location, close to the city center and many amenities, including public transportation. Furthermore, Johan is a nice and quick response landlord when we needed his support. Our housemates and the cat are also friendly and welcoming. In short, it is not only a 'house' but also a 'home'.
