EXCELLENT Family Rural cottage in a setting that meets expectations, very peaceful place, both through the surrounding countryside, and from the farm animals. Warm welcome from the host ,with good taste presents. Equipment adequate to the listing as well as the perfect bedding. The discovery of the Normandy coast is majestic!!we'll be happy to come back. We recommend it without difficulty.

Great stay at Anne and Nicolas' house, exceptional environment for children, equestrian center and educational farm at the foot of the house. Anne and Nicolas are very charming and very welcoming hosts, smooth communication. The house is pleasant to stay in, very bright and spacious living room We had a great time in the countryside. What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Nice house, well heated, can accommodate several family members. Beautiful green space, very quiet and relaxing environment. Very responsive host, very cordial exchanges.

Very nice setting, house with warm decor and very functional. Ideal for relaxing as a family. Our child loved the large quiet garden and the games there (slide, swing, etc.). Nice and responsive hosts. Very well-equipped kitchen, and something we particularly appreciate, you can already find salt, pepper, spices, oil, coffee on site... In terms of visits to make nearby, the very beautiful abbey of Bec-Hellouin, located in the pretty village of the same name, a few castles, a zoo 40 minutes away that will delight your children. What happiness!

Very pleasant stay with my husband and two children, Noémie and her husband were very responsive and above all very friendly The place had everything available and the kids loved the games available and the garden. I would recommned this property.
