Het is nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien, mooie keuken met apparatuur. Slaapkamer met 2 persoons boxspring. Mooie badkamer met douche en dubbele wasbakken. Zwaag ligt in West-Friesland, een mooie omgeving om te fietsen met vele uitvalswegen. Hoorn heeft een mooie oude kern en gezellige haven. Er is een prachtig strand en horeca.

Ons zelf ontworpen vakantiehuisje met 2 slaapkamers ligt op 45 minuten rijden van Amsterdam, midden in de velden. Gelegen op een kleinschalig particulier parkje waar wij ook nog een ander vakantiehuisje verhuren, genaamd; Familie Buitenhuys. Vanuit de woning kijk je uit over de velden en dijk aan het Markermeer: ​​Nederland in zijn puurste vorm! De woning is gericht op comfort (er is vloerverwarming) maar met leuke, eigenzinnige details en een speelse indeling. Maximaal 4 personen + baby.

Welcome to Bed & Breakfast "De Fruitige Tuin" of Paul and Corry Hienkens. The B&B is located in Blokker: a small village in the province of Noord-Holland, located near the historic port cities of Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Behind our house (former farmhouse from 1834) is the B&B: a detached chalet (a high light space) located on the edge of the spacious garden. Less than 9 minutes' walking distance from the city center of Hoorn, you will find our fully renovated Huysje aan de Laan. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a modern kitchenette with cooking utensils, sitting area with television, double bed and bathroom. A little outside and private parking space; all in the deal. A camping bed and/or the sofa bed can be used on request.

The house is totally renovated. The garden is on the waterfront and the view is amazing! It's located on the best spot in Town. Just a 1 min walk to the famous harbour of Hoorn, and the historic city center is just a 3 min walk away. There you find the central square 'de Roode Steen' with all the bars and cosy restaurants.
