How to pay using Alipay

You can use the Alipay mobile app or website to pay. If you use Alipay, we recommend that you download the mobile app to complete the payment.

Making a reservation with Alipay

When you submit a reservation request and use Alipay, you'll be redirected to the Alipay website. You'll need to log in to Alipay to make your payment.

Refunded payments with Alipay

If you cancel your reservation, or if your payment is withdrawn, declined, or expired, the payment will be refunded to the card or account you selected when you paid via Alipay. The refund may take up to 5 business days to be reflected on the Alipay account.
