Anyone can make a donation to Airbnb.org but if you’re an Airbnb host, you also have the option to donate from your host payout.
To donate a percentage of your payout to Airbnb.org, go to the Payouts section of your Account and opt in.
Because Airbnb covers all operating costs of Airbnb.org, 100% of all donations are used to fund free, emergency housing. Airbnb.org guests stay for free and Airbnb makes no money on these stays.
You will receive a receipt after each donation, which is processed through payment partner GoFundMe Pro. Your payment receipt will come from info@airbnborg.classy-mail.org.
If you give monthly, you’ll be charged the dollar amount you set and will receive a monthly receipt. To pause or cancel your donation, open your monthly email receipt and choose the Manage your donation link.
Monetary donations to Airbnb.org are tax deductible in the US and for fiscal residents of Mexico to the extent permitted by law. Donations do not qualify for UK Gift Aid and are not tax deductible in the European Union, Australia, or New Zealand. Please check your local tax laws.
