Payout methods for multifamily properties

If you manage or own a property listed on Airbnb, the way you get paid depends on the setup.

Revenue share for Airbnb-friendly buildings

If you own or manage a property that’s part of the Airbnb Friendly Buildings program, you can set a building revenue share percentage. This is a portion of the hosting income that goes to the Airbnb-friendly building, as required by the program. The revenue share is calculated as a percentage of the earnings and can only be sent to one payout method per property.

Update your building revenue share payout method

  1. Click All properties and select the property you want to update
  2. Click Property settings
  3. Click Payout methods and select the appropriate payout method

Revenue from directly-hosted units

If you own or manage a property that has vacant units listed on Airbnb, you can set up payout preferences for that income. These payouts work just like regular host payouts and can even be split across multiple accounts. Find out how to add payout methods and split payouts between different payout methods for directly hosted listings.
