This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quietly located on a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. Within walking distance it is only 3 minutes to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade. So the city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes or completely on foot along the popular lake promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is older, but the decor is modern or partly new. On cleanliness and hygiene, we attach great importance to make you feel comfortable.

There's one separate bedroom and a loft area upstairs with two beds next to each other in the open space. Also, there's a sofa bed. There's only one bathroom in this apartment which is in the bedroom. This apartment has a pretty large terrace, though. It has a very nice view of the mountains "Bürgerstock", "Gemsstock" and the rooftops of other houses in the city.

Our guesthouse is next to our farm. It's in the countryside but only a 10-minute-drive away from Lucerne city. You've got a wonderful view of the mountain Rigi and mount Pilatus. It's a new and modern apartment with only one room and a lovely gallery. So it's an ideal place to stay for a couple or a small family (no separate bedroom!). In the bathroom there's a bathtub and a shower. You've got a good equipped kitchen.

We stayed at Malonda’s place for 3 nights. She was a great host. We arrived there from Australia after a long long flight and she prepared vegetarian noodle pasta for us and prepared a welcome package on arrival. The place is small & cosy, good for a family of 2 or 3. The place is 10-15 mins away from the airport. The apartment is 2-3 levels below the ground/parking space and you need to use the steep stairs to get in the apartment. Something to consider if you have lots of luggage or having difficulty walking. Overall our stay was really good. Thank you Malonda.

Perfect to access both ski resorts. Very easy walk, even with small Children. The garage is super good - as everything is in walking distance, we did not touch the car during our entire stay. Julie is a super host - she even managed to fix a minor defect (light) the very next day. The place and the host make you feel like at home.

Nice apartment, spacious living area, comfortable bed,nice balcony, kitchen quite small but fully equipped. Very peaceful area but only a few minutes walk to local supermarket, train station and the village pub! Thun is a short drive away or a couple of hours walk on the riverside path. The pub served typical pub meals, they were large and cheap. Annemarie and her daughter were both very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay.

The uncomplicated and very friendly Aline welcomed me, showed me everything briefly. A beautiful studio with comfortable bed, clean bathroom, simple kitchen but with everything you need. Great garden with pond; very private & on its own without disturbances from the outside. Large closet as storage space, easy access incl. Parking. All in all a highly recommended stay with Aline. We had such a lovely time at Chalet Emmely. It was extremely clean and smartly renovated inside, with spectacular views of Grindelwald and the Eiger from the windows. There is a parking space included for a rental car, which was really convenient for us. The place is also located on a side road so it is very quiet and peaceful. The host Anita is so kind, attentive, and energetic. She took the time to meet us when we checked in, explained everything to us, and showed us around the property. We would highly recommend Chalet Emmely and we hope to be back one day soon!
