I had a wonderful stay at Andreas’ cozy studio! The space was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the kitchen amenities you could need, making it easy to cook and feel right at home. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the host’s attention to detail truly stood out. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay!

If I could give this apartment 6 stars, I would! The rooms are beautiful, and there are incredible touches I kept discovering throughout my stay. There's even a bathtub and a laundry room downstairs! The backyard is gorgeous and seems to stretch for miles. A cute coffee shop chain (Barbarossa) and a yummy Mediterranean/Italian place (Donor Haus) are only a one minute walk. Incredible and relaxing place to stay!

Quiet vacation home near the shore

Lilian is a great hostess. Everything was very straightforward and she was always very nice and friendly. The communication with her was always very polite, friendly, clear and understandable. The place is great. A fully equipped apartment with kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and a small terrace. I think it was even nicer than the pictures of the ad described. The surroundings are very beautiful with lots of nature and the accommodation is located right on the edge of the field. Lilian was so kind to offer me a car service to the next town (Bad Sobernheim), which was great. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants or shops in the village itself, but in the nearby neighboring village (about 2 km away) everything you need (Italians, Asians, German cuisine, kebabs and numerous shopping opportunities. I can definitely recommend the place and the host and felt very comfortable there.

Lucky house with garden sauna

The fortune house has its name. We immediately felt at home. When entering, it was wonderfully cozy and warm. The house is well equipped. Super quiet location, the right place to relax and drive down. Hiking trails are easily accessible on foot or with a short drive. The contact with Nicole was great. Super short response times and she came to help right away when we had questions about the sauna and oven. We had a very great and relaxing getaway and thank you again for everything.

What an incredible accommodation! Beautiful decor, sparkling clean, and, extremely comfortable (particularly the beds). And what an outstanding host! We mistakenly got the key stuck in the door and Klaus resolved the issue in no time. Definitely recommend and will be back!!!

Very nice place, pictures match the apartment (of course a little smaller than the pictures😉). We were more than satisfied and can definitely recommend this apartment!! 15 minutes to Kaiserslautern Stadtmittel, directly across the street it has a small zoo, the Dönerbude is around the corner and across the street it has a Kreissparkasse. A snack and an ice machine complete the whole thing. We were 7 girls, which made a bathroom with a shower and tub a little complicated (but was already known before) and another mirror with lighting would have been desirable but this is complaining at a high level!

Otto and his wife were very helpful from the start and the loft was perfect for my needs over the 2 months that I stayed, the loft is in a nice neighborhood and it was very quite. It is also close to downtown Kaiserslautern and Ramstein. The host was also accommodating with me needs to extend and we’re also very quick to respond with any questions or needs that I had.
