Luxury Safari Tent - Hazel in Central Scotland

LouiseRating, 5 stars37 months ago
We spent Easter weekend here and we’re just come back from a fantastic time. The tent has everything we needed and our three boys from 7 to 11 loved the experience and the space. The boys played out until late and we adults sat outside under a blanket and just listened to the quietness with a glass of wine at the end of the day once the kids had gone to bed. We took lots of blankets, fleecy PJs and hot water bottles but the fire kept us snug when we were enjoying the evening. There was so much to do within short distances from Falkirk Wheel, the Kelpies , Stirling Castle and we even took a trip to Glasgow Science Museum. The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals and we had everything we needed to make nice meals and enjoy mealtimes together at the lovely big table.

Such an amazing experience. We had everything that was needed inside of the tent, everything clean and organised. It was a cold couple nights, but we had everything to keep ourselves warm. Worth a visit and it's also really well located and with beautiful landscape.

We had a great two day stay here. There was plenty of room (a comfy double bed and a bunk bed which could sleep 3 people), the kitchen was great, the log burner was brilliant and the shower out the back was lovely. Great access to Stirling and surrounding area. We'd happily stay again!

Caldbeck Camping Bell Tent

We had a good stay, the place had all the amenities you expect in a campsite, with a few added bonuses which aren't included in the listing (such as an electric heater and a 2 ring gas stove). Comfy bed, clean private toilet and shared hot showers, and within driving distance of Keswick so it's perfect for exploring the fells in that area.
A panoramic view of rolling green hills is visible under a bright blue sky, dotted with fluffy white clouds. The landscape features lush trees and an open grassy area in the foreground, creating a serene natural setting.

Wild Camping Experience

NicolasRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I visited Christian and Carols bell tent with my three children. Christian was very friendly, made us feel very welcome and showed us around the tent and its amenities. The bell tent was great, we had an open fire in the evening and lit the wood burning stove at bed time and in the morning (Wood provided). The tent and amenities are exactly what you would expect for a wild camping experience, whilst it is back to basics, this is precisely what gives it its charm. My children were made up with a ginger cat that made a guest appearance ☺️

The tent is a lovingly furnished space, very sturdy and waterproof. Thanks to the small heating oven, it can also be used in the colder months. The garden is really beautiful and has a small waterfall. The sanitary facilities correspond to the campsite and helpful descriptions for use are everywhere. You will receive all the important information in advance for an easy arrival. I had a pleasant stay, thank you so much!

The Beehive

HeatherRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We (my partner and I, our two small children) had a fabulous stay at the Beehive. Ryan &co thought of everything, it’s was such a gentle break into the world of camping for our young family. The surroundings are peaceful, wildlife in abundance, the fresh eggs delicious, what a treat to meet the animals- we are keen to hear how Toffee gets on with her first kid(s). Would recommend to all, thank you for a great stay.

Secluded luxury Bell Tent Glamping in N. Ireland

A lovely hideout, perfect for getting away from everyday life! The hideout is exactly like the pictures and has everything you’d require for a weekend away in a glamping tent. Loved the animals around us and the fact the tent is in your own private secure area of the farm so you have tonnes of privacy and the dog can run free! Rosie was so welcoming and stay in contact throughout, an overall accommodating friendly host and place to stay :) we travelled around by car and also went to beaches with the dog, we played cards at the outdoor table and had toasted marshmallows, splendid!

Foxes Den, experience nature from your doorstep!

StephenRating, 5 stars35 months ago
We had a great stay at Little North Field. The accommodation has wooden floors and inner walls but the external walls and roof is canvas. When the temperature drops at night, the tent is kept warm by the wood burner fireplace. There is a weber provided and also a firepit outside. Accommodation comes with everything you need including wood and firelighters, fitted kitchen, tea/coffee/sugar etc, inside bathroom with good shower and comfortable bedding, towels and good furnishings with lots of personal little touches. The kitchen has 2 fast heating plates, but no oven. However, there is a microwave. There are also various outdoor games provided and an excellent flat lawn for children to play. One thing to be aware of depending on your network you might experience low reception (I have EE and it was fine but Vodafone seems to be patchy) and there is no wifi - so we had a very good digital detox for a few days :). There is also no TV which was great and we did not miss it in the slightest. Just bring your suitcase, book, camera, food and good campsite stories! Thanks Catherine and Tim!
