Thank you Tom for our last night on my first holiday with my daughter. We stayed at your home to ease the pressure of me driving 390 miles in a day. We really wanted to spend an extra night, unfortunately you was booked up. Hope to stay again. Thank you for letting me create an amazing experience with my daughter.

Townhouse in Durham

LindaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a wonderful place to stay. The house is a lot bigger than it appears on the photos. There is a lovely fresh odour in the house. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. The entire house is spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are so big. Beds are comfy, good pillows, the bedding is of good quality, beautifully smelling. Lots of sockets in all the rooms. In the front bedroom there is a desk/dressing table. I would say take a mirror with you because there aren't any in the bedrooms. There is a full length mirror on the landing though with a socket nearby. The shower is the best ever!!! Hot water near enough instant. Heaven!! The property is about 20 minutes walk to the City centre- plenty of busses if you dont fancy the walk. Thank you Stuart, we loved staying at your lovely townhouse and if we ever come back to Durham we would look to stay with you again.

HOLLY HOUSE šŸŽ‰ Entire HomešŸŽ‰ šŸŽ‰ Self check-in šŸŽ‰

WendyRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Tracy is very responsive and a lovely, friendly host. She thoughtfully provided some items for breakfast and bottled water which was really appreciated. Holly House is a beautiful house with large rooms and high ceilings. It is very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bathroom especially has the wow factor. It is huge, with a gorgeous modern suite. We really felt right at home and comfortable. Although it’s a terrace house, we heard no noise as the house has solid thick walls and double glazing. We couldn’t work out how to open the garage but Tracy quickly responded with instructions on how to open from the inside. Actually, in the end, we found it easier to park on the side street. Holly House is very conveniently located. I initially wanted to book somewhere in central Newcastle but so glad I booked Holly House as it was a breeze to drive to Newcastle and around Northumberland. We would definitely love to come back to stay again.

Large countryside home

IanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Firstly we have to say a very warm welcome was had. We are very new to Air B and B. Many little items were found, such as dog treats and the welcome pack. Erica came across as very understanding as we took our own bedding as we do not use a duvet. The garden is fully enclosed which suited our dogs perfect. The baby gate came in very usefully as the rules of no pets upstairs.

Lovely cosy caravan

PhilRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Had a great stay at the cozy caravan. It was spotlessly clean, well decorated and had good pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped, in addition to the usual there was an Airfryer, slow cooker and blender as well as a full sized fridge/freezer, comfy bed and great TV. Would definitely return when working in the area, it was a real home from home, loved it.
A spacious deck is featured, surrounded by white railings, leading to a light-colored caravan. Two chairs are positioned on the deck, providing an area for relaxation. The background displays additional caravans and an open view of the horizon.

Caravan in Yorkshire

PamRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had an enjoyable couple of nights away. Lovely, homely, clean caravan. No WiFi so had the teenagers playing board games! Didn't realise we had to get entertainment passes to go into the restaurant and these are quite expensive if you're only staying a couple of nights....at least we know for next time. The beach was a short walk away and was fairly quiet...ahhh, peace. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful location right on the beach front and the views were spectacular short walk to the beautiful beach. We were blessed with fantastic weather so we could relax on the balcony overlooking the sea can’t wait to return 😊

Love this place, right by the beach, and a beautiful beach too. The host was so responsive and helpful from start to finish. The place was immaculately clean, just as described, lovely and warm with all the utensils and appliances working exactly as they should. Easy to walk to town, with a Co-Op and pubs and restaurants there. Shower pretty good too. Family bathroom and a small but useful en-suite to the main bedroom

Orchid meadows retreat

NaomiRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Jamie quickly notified us of a change in amenities so we would be prepared upon arrival. When the oven was not working, he was quick to respond and gave us alternative options. I was concerned and prepared that it might smell and be a bit dirty as I know he allows guests to bring pets but honestly, you would never know any pets stayed there with guests as it was clean and there were no traces. Would happily stay there again or recommend to others.

Lovely stay for the week as a family with 2 young kids. Nice and close to a stunning beach. The holiday home itself was well appointed and very clean - some nice touches and very comfortable. Beautiful 3 Bedroom House with Log Burner

LouiseRating, 5 stars2 days ago
I had a fantastic three night stay with my son and dog. The house itself is beautiful and spotless. Really well decorated and felt like a boutique hotel. The house had everything you could possibly want. Communication was fabulous and check in was easy. It was a great area for exploring the beach, caves and coastal walks plus close to local shops and takeaways. My son loved the park across the road and all the neighbours we met were really friendly. Lots of extra treats in the house made it extra welcoming and the books about the area were fascinating. A really great place for a short break over half term. Thank you very much!
