This was my second stay at Andre’s and it was excellent. The space is perfect, and having the kitchen makes life away from home so much easier. Own parking space is really helpful. We had such a fantastic stay and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, well looked after and the chalet was equipped with more than you could need. Everything was thought out to give guests the best experience and there was a lovely welcome basket to give an extra special touch.The location was perfect with a nature reserve and lovely park within a few minutes walking distance. Would recommend over and over, will be staying again!

This is a lovely place to stay, the hosts were friendly and welcoming and the rental unit is perfect for a weekend stay. It has everything you could need and is modern and cosy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking in the area.

The views from the apartments are just phenomenal at any time of day you can watch the world go by, see the sunrise and the sunset with a glass of wine in your own comfortable and private space. The location is set right on the promenade with your own parking space supplied by the booking and from there, you can walk everywhere in Cromer to all the facilities including pubs, restaurants, the pier, cafés, bars etc. Park the car and leave it there for your whole stay, Cromer has really good bus and train links up and down the coast. Excellent walking from the apartment across the coast paths: turn left and walk for about an hour for Craigie Bottoms restaurant (excelkent seafood) or turn right on the coast path and do a long circular walk towards Gunton (3-4hours) where there is spectacular countryside, easy walking and some fabulous country pubs. This apartment is of an excellent quality, perfectly located and the host is very friendly, would highly recommend for a quality stay.

Very clean, light and airy studio apartment in a great location. Ten minutes walk across the meadow into the centre of Cambridge. Several decent restaurants and a riverside pub in the immediate vicinity - Sala Thong thai was particular good. Apartment was exactly as described and entry/departure instructions were clear. Great to have free private parking.

Lawrie was very good at giving us useful advice on the area. It was a good base to go to different places on the coast. The accommodation was sufficient for two people with everything we needed

I've stayed in multiple places in this area of Cambridge, and this is by far my favorite! Super clean, comfortable furniture and the bonus of a bit of an outdoor space. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and generously had sugar, tea, coffee, etc. The Midsummer Common cows even made a few appearances close to the fenced area! I really appreciated an early check-in since my flight arrived in the morning and could get some much needed rest. The area is perfect since it's in a quiet neighborhood and just a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area. Shopping at the Grafton (Boots and Little Waitrose) is just a 5 minute walk away. Don't hesitate to go to the other side of the river as well. We discovered an amazing Hungarian restaurant and a Polish one. Communication was quick and super helpful. I'd stay here again without hesitation!

Swan view is a lovely place to stay. Great space. Easily walkable to restaurants. Very clean and just as described/pictured. Matt and Michaela are great hosts. They have put together a binder with everything you need to know about the apartment and the area. They are also quick to respond.

We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

Great place to stay. Lovely house with loads of added touches. Swimming pool was great. Pub across the road did superb food. Kids had the best time too. James was a really responsive and helpful host. Thanks James.

Me my husband and our dog ted stayed at lees place for 4 nights. we had a wonderful time the house is a beautiful space within walking distance to local shops restaurants bars and most of all the beach. Our stay was very nice quiet and exactly what we needed. Lee also left us some wine and snacks which was a lovely little welcome treat. If your looking for a beautiful house within close proximity to the beach then I'd highly recommend lees house. We enjoyed using the juke box and the array of board games in the house. It was just a wonderful weekend to reset and relax and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lee 😊 🙏

The views out to the sea are beautiful and ever-changing. This is a thoughtfully designed property in a lovely spot. The kitchen is well-furnished and it is useful to have the washer and dryer in the utility room in the basement.

Fab stay at Alicia's place. A unique and spacious cottage in a beautiful location. We loved the peace and quiet and hired paddle boards from Alicia to explore the river that runs just across the meadow. Everything you need has been thought of which was really welcome when travelling with children. We visit relatives a lot in Norfolk and this is one of the best places we have stayed.

A beautiful house in a stunning location set on the lake. It exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was spotless, warm, spacious and comfortable with the most outstanding views. Check in simple, one of most beautiful places we’ve stayed in and hope the accommodation will be available for us next year as we would love to return. Thank you Yolanda.

What can we say we loved Amanda’s house. It is immaculate & spotlessly clean which is really unusual when you stay in doggy friendly accommodation. It had everything we needed for our stay and was in a perfect location on Gorleston River front which is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of free parking opposite the property. The garden is fully enclosed which made it perfectly safe for our dog. Amanda is a friendly and helpful host even letting us check in early. We really cannot recommend this lovely holiday home enough. Thank you so much we cannot wait to come back. I would give more than 5 stars if I could👍

Wonderful location for my solo week away. Near local amenities but riverside location. Wonderfully welcoming hosts with plenty of local knowledge and suggestions.

A lovely apartment on two floors, at the top of a beautiful Georgian building. We used the round room inside the rotunda at the front to have breakfast whilst watching ships on the river and out at sea.

Great location in Cromer. Nice flat with wonderful views of the sea and pier from the living room. Rachel was flexible in accommodating an earlier check in time so we could drop our bags which was really appreciated. Thank you!

Lovely spot, very close to the front. Very comfy, with everything you need for the stay. Little sun trap spot in the garden is lovely in the morning. Totally recommended.

this is a great little find in an ideal location, near to beach, shop, pub/restaurant, tea room and fish and chip shop. the accomodation was spotless and had loads of little extras like welcome pack, sauces, tea coffee salt pepper, jams butter, toiletries etc. it also had a small private back garden with multiple seating areas , we would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to our next visit Thankyou 😁

We had a lovely stay at Helen’s place near Oulton Broad for 3 nights with the kids and the dog. Lovely little attention to detail with dog treats and dog bowls left out, also some treats for the humans. Thanks!

It’s okay to pull right up and unload all of your stuff right in front of the iron gate. It’s a pretty melow and sleepy seaside yown concerning such matters. Host said up to ten minutes parking there should be okay. Note that the road that the apartment entrance is located on is a single-lane “alleyway” and easy to pass right by. Comingbfrom Sainsburys and heading down Nicholas Road, it is the small street just before the light at Regent Street. You can ise the Just Park app to park at Sainsburys cheaply, but recommend parking at the southern edge of the parking lot in some of the wider family spaces. I got a major ding on the side of my car from parking in the busier section of the parking lot for several days.
