The home is not too hard to find, just use what 3 words and navigate using Waze. The home is beautiful, very well maintained and the lady who greeted us was very accommodating. They have thought of everything you might need for a stay. Excellent price and good location for exploring. Only slight issue was no jug to warm up my milk for cereal in the microwave or a bread knife - but I’m fairly sure the owners will add this to their list of items for the next time we visit, we cannot wait to stay again. We had an amazing stay at Lottie's place, the house have a pleasant and relaxing vibe, and the neighborhood was quiet. Lottie is very nice and accommodating. I definitely recommend this place.

We were extremely happy with this beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean and everything it it was of a high standard. The location was really good, a 2 minute walk into Gosforth, which was full of bars, restaurants supermarkets etc, also the links into Newcastle are great, the Metro was very close and also a good bus service. The hosts were really proactive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for somewhere close to Newcastle. I will definitely be going back soon.

I only stayed here for one night, but everything was great! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was lovely, and there were multiple public transport options within walking distance.

Excellent prompt communication from start to finish. This is a lovely spacious apartment; an easy walk to restaurants and Sainsbury’s. We have already rebooked!

Had a great few days stay at the property. Location excellent. This has been designed and furnished to a very high standard and we were extremely pleased with every aspect of the stay. Very modern, pristine and on a personal level, I was delighted when I saw the large TV screen. ! Highly recommend.

We had such a nice stay at Lynne's place - although within family home it is very private and the hosts are really respectful of your space. Very friendly couple, made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. Space is perfect for two, clean and tidy. Bed very comfortable too. Basic breakfast provisions such as milk, jam, butter, eggs, and crumpets provided, as well as tea and Coffee. Lovely place, we'd happily stay again when back in area. Thanks again for a great stay!

Very nice property, super clean with every amenity required. Close to town centre yet very quiet and peaceful. Parking is easy, a short walk from the property.
