Vacation rentals in Hay Street

We had such a wonderful stay. The barn itself was great – immaculately clean, really well set out and the perfect space for us and the children. Hot tub was fab and the children loved the play area and making dens in the woods. Eloise was so friendly and helpful – introducing the children to the chickens, which they loved. Thanks for a perfect stay.

Excellent accommodation comfortable living space and bedrooms. Kitchens (yes 2 kitchens) were well equipped. Breakfast and supplies provided on arrival were a great touch and yummy! Swimming pool is excellent, as are the hot tub and sauna that were exactly what we wanted for this relaxing stay away…well as relaxing as a stay with 2 kids under 10 can be :-) Lovely host that lets you just get on with it. The advent calendar for the kids was a great touch too!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. I cannot fault it, from efficient communication, flexible check-in, to the clean and cozy feel. The cottage is beautifully decorated with antiques, we loved the cottage quiz - it was great fun. The little additions like breakfast, toiletries etc. made us feel so at home.

The cosiest get away! Very clean, homely, and felt at peace immediately once we settled in! Thank you, we will be back :)

My wife and I have used Kathryn's place for a few years now we are never disappointed always a great welcome and her hubby Phil always loves a chat especially about the deer that come over at night time . This place is clean private and has all we need the TV has the connection for fire stick which I always travel with and works perfectly in the apartment. Kathryn always leaves eggs and butter and milk very handy as shops are a few miles away. The local town has a great Chinese we used every time we are down . Plenty of good walks bring good walking boots. The hens that walk about are the source of our lovely eggs best free range you can get . Also should have mentioned very good WiFi so you can use phones and tablets and fire stick no problem all about this place is good we will continue to use Kathryn's place in the future full marks Kathryn we love your place Ian and Sylvia x

A great place to stay in the Hertfordshire countryside - well equipped and cosy. Peaceful and private. Recommended.

We had the most wonderful stay at Julia’s property! It was quiet and peaceful and the property was beautiful. Julia was an extremely helpful and responsive host and no question was ever too much! Thank you for hosting us and we hope to be back soon.

The house was wonderful Very beautiful house felt really cosy And private with our own gated driveway and huge secure garden our 3 dogs stayed with us and had plenty of space and dog walks are lovely on the farmland opposite the property. My wife and kids loved the house we would definitely recommend all x3 rooms had en-suite bathroom extremely clean house throughout Very happy and cosy stay Highly recommend xx
