Vacation rentals in Hawsker

We discovered and stayed at Dryden Cottage two years ago. A key motivation in returning to Whitby was to again stay at Dryden Cottage. Nothing has changed, the accommodation is immaculate and again Penny was perfectly helpful. We were unsure if a stay in Whitby mid-November was a good idea and sure enough we had snow and a storm. Watching all of this over the harbour from the Dryden Cottage windows was a delight! The cottage is extremely quiet but just a few steps away from bustling Whitby. But best of all the views, just fantastic! We will return!!

We normally stay in Staithes but decided to change to Robin Hoods Bay and we weren't dissapointed. Fantastic location easy to find with lovely walks and a good bus service. Anyone visiting needs a level of fitness around the coast and the same for Burton House limbering down from the top floor but all adds to the adventure. Thoughtful welcome pack would recommend and we will return

We loved Hilda Cottage! Pictures don’t do it justice. Super cosy lovely cottage with everything you need. We would definitely come back. Location is perfect !

Lisa is a wonderful host and the studio is spectacular, we were over the moon with the whole experience. Not one complaint about Lisa or the studio as it was perfect for our stay visiting Whitby. Everything was clean and tidy, Lisa was amazing! Would highly recommend staying and defiantly would stay again on our next trip! Lisa provided us with all the information we needed and was super helpful and accommodating to us both! Thank you for the best experience on our first trip to Whitby and the surround area!

when we arrived, we were greeted with a big smile from Lisa and Arthur! What really lovely couple, so friendly, welcoming and great hosts! Townshend Cottage is just absolutely beautiful, modern, very clean, really very cocomfortable and we felt right at home! it has the most beautiful surroundings, we highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back again. Lisa gave us some great tips on where to go, where to eat and what to see...and dinner at The Forge was just great...and only a mile away in a gorgeous village....another recommendation from Lisa! This little cottage did not dissapoint. very comfortable, bedroom and bathroom big for the size of the cottage, bed extremely comfortable. Lounge equally as comfy, kitchen everything you need for a short brake. all appliances very good quality. Will definitely be returning.

Tranquil and cozy..excellent location and facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay loved the walk into Goathland and returning to gaze at the stars from our hot tub.Everything we could want and more…a perfect break… thankyou x

Cannot praise Claudia enough! Right from the start, her communication was excellent! We feel like we have made a very good friend & are already looking to booking again for the Victorian Weekend in 2025 and also another booking in 2025 to bring our daughter, son-in law & Granddaughter. Robin Hoods Bay is a beautiful location at the best of times. But to have been able to stay in the village with such a great host, just made it THE BEST! Thank You Claudia.👍👍🥰🥰😁😁😁

Great stay here - Lorraine was very helpful before we arrived with some great local recommendations for pubs/restaurants etc Mark was very welcoming when checking us in and flagged us down when we managed to miss the parking twice!! The cabin was just as expected and was very clean and warm, and the location perfect for wanting to be away from the crowds but close enough to be able to make the short trip into Whitby. We would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area and if we do come back to Whitby, we will definitely be staying here again! Thanks
