Very close to Westshore beach & Beach Inn, Hawkes Bay Airport, Ahuriri restaurants and bars, walkways/cycleways and wineries. Set over the bottom level of the house - 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and living/kitchenette - everything you need. It has its own entrance, off street (carport) parking with a Cafe, Fish & Chip Shop, Pharmacy and Dairy across the road - perfect for last minute necessities.
